    7. OMG shame on the airline for trying to get the plane ready! They should not have done that! Next time, go to Malaysia Airlines, they make short cuts when it comes to procedures! PLEASE do that so that when your plane crashes then you will never have to wait again and we will never have to read about your stupid ramblings.

  5. Nakaka experience naman talaga tayo ng mga ganito and pag bwisit ka talaga at may valid reason, naipopost mo talaga.. I fly with PAL too and theyre never on time.. pero naman lalahatin ko ang mga Airlines na nasakyan ko pinaka WARM, MAASIKASO, MAGAGALANG, MAAALAGA AT MABABANGO ang mga FA ng PAL lol so nakakahiya pa din when it comes to being on time (they need to do something about that) , pero they make up for it by giving you the best service. But thats just me ♥

    1. I rarely experience delayed flights with PAL. And totoo yan, I love most of their FAs except for the real senior ones na hirap ng kumilos (baka dahil sa rayuma at high blood) at may sungit pa.

    2. There was one time na sumakay ako sa Pal,economy lang and I was 7 months pregnant ang hirap lol then this nice young lady, a flight attendant moved me dun sa apatan na seat para makahiga ako. Then I never saw her again sa buong flight. Turns out di nya area yung amin nadaanan lang nya ko but she took care of me. Bless that girl

    3. I totally disagree with you. PAL has one of the worst services talaga especially international flights nila. During my travel from canada-philippines, i had a very bad experience with them. Their crew were so grumpy and they made you feel that they don't want to serve you in case you need something. and take note they hate it when they serve Filipinos or balikbayans. Pero pag foreigner, kulang na lang subuan nila. -ann

    4. @12:29...most of their international flights, masusungit at unprofessional ung mga crew. Also they don't have better service for mommies who have young babies or pregnant women. Not to be biased, but JAL is one of the best -ann

    5. twice lang ako nakasakay sa pal, connecting flight from bkk to ph, bukod pa sa ang sikip talaga ng upuan di pa masarap yung adobo! hahahaha! tapos yung ph-hk naman delayed din kami ng 2 hours!

    7. Sa PAL, kapag gusgusin ka at pinoy, ang tingin nila sa iyo second class citizen. Di lang minsan, multiple times pa at sa international flight. Sabi nga nila, you get what you pay for kasi mura ang ticket. Just sit down and relax and enjoy the ride. Just don't expect courtesy from a filipino/filipina flight attendant.

    8. 1:19 hate nila pagsilbihan katulad nila pinoy dahil mayabng sila. Ayaw nila magMukhang alila eh sa alila lng nmn tlga sila on board. Kaya ako never ako sumakay sa PAL n Cebu going home from dubai kahit mura ang ticket wag nalng. Dun nako sa equal ang treatment at better service etihad or emirates.

Same experience here, PAL domestic wala akong mairereklamo sa flight, ma delay man ok na ung sinigyro nilang safe ang flight at saka mabait ang mga FA; sa international flight, the FAs should learn from their domestic FAs, suplada kaya ng FAs sa pinoy, had the experience when with my Singapore-Manila flight. Pero ung mga puti na sakay eh halos mapunit na face nila sa pag project ng smile

    2. maka-there's nothing wrong with her grammar ka naman! may mali rin, ano! minor nga lang. kagaya nung "us passengers..." na dapat ay "we, passengers,..." ganon. dahil they pronoun was used as a subject. embarrassing is spelled with 2 Rs. review pa kasi!

  12. I like PAL customer service sobrang bait, kahit mas mahal ang PAL yan pa din ang airline of choice medyo naatrasado true but they really make up naman sa warm service on board kesa sa C ay naku yun ang may terrible customer service nakakaHB -AK

Ako never sasakay sa C ever again, mas mababait pa nga yung sa A na airlines nag-aapologized nung kelangan irebook yung flight namin and gumawa sila ng paraan to make sure na we can get pa rin the closest one dun sa original eh sa C parang ako pa may kasalanan na nag-overbooked sila. PAL maayos kahit yung sa CS hotline magalang kausap.

    1. Most of the time it is how you voice out your complain. Foreigners usually can say it in a proper way, may pag galang hindi rude. Some Pinoys can be rude.

  17. Dapat talaga ipost ang ganitong experience with PAL. Ive encountered this same experience several times. PAL is always late. And they always blame traffic congestion. PAL is supposed to be a commercial carrier not a budget carrier unlike Cebu Pac so mataas dapat ang standard nito.

    1. Both are commercial carriers po. PAL is a legacy carrier.

      Traffic congestion at NAIA is a real problem since 3 terminals are using only 1 runway. Aside from that, I do agree that we should expect better service since they are charging higher fares.

  20. I feel her sentiments. I fly 4 times in 6 months because traveling is part of my job, I must say all local airlines have really bad services. PAL is by far the best among the local airlines but still one the worst ones out there (internationally). So much delays yet they do not give you enough back to compensate with their shortcomings.

  21. We at PAL ensure that customers are treated fairly, regardless of their status. You are pretty, yes, but I was kinda surprised when my colleage said that you are a TV starlet. I did not know you until now.

    8. mga pasahero tau at sa atin nakasalalay ang profit ng PAL na yan. bakit tau pumapayag na na ganito ang binigay nilang serbisyo? Pwes may magagawa tau. Huwag na tayong sumakay sa PAL na yan. Dun lang sila matatauhan. paano natin tangkilikin ang sariling atin kung tau mismo eh binabalewa nila ang pagbibigay ng tamang serbisyo sa atin. definitely it is our right to demand better services from PAL.

  24. I really like flying with PAL kasi wala pa akong aberya lalo na pag international. Sa local na de delay but less than 30 mins. So idk what happened.

    Okay na sana litanya ni carla. Nothing wrong with her grammar although she should have spelled correctly the word embarrassing--yung sa kanya kulang ng "r."

    1. Mali rin yung "Us passengers were already...". It should be "We, passengers, were already...". The passengers are subjects not objects of the sentence therefore use WE instead of US.

  34. early this year bigla nlang nagdecide ang pal na mag cancel ng flight from mnl to lax, after boarding saka pa lang nagdecide na i.cancel dahil na may engine problem. needless to say, pinababa lahat at pinacheck-in sa ibat-ibang hotel lahat ng passengers. iba pinagshare pa ng room (wtf?!) meanwhile yung mga kaanak na naghintay sa lax hindi mn lang inabisuhan for almost 21 hrs flight delay.

  40. Binasa ko yung post niya. Naintindihan ko naman. I dont see anything wrong with her grammar. Ewan ko lang a. Hindi naman ako magaling mag-english.

    Dami kasi satin "textbook" ang english, palibhasa hindi naman yan yung salita natin. Iba talaga pag lumaki kang nag-iingles at lahat nang kausap mo e nag-iingles.

    Maari po ba, sa magagaling mag-english jan. Paki-point out naman yung mga mali sa post at paki tama naren para matuto tayung lahat!!

    Para matigil na yung debate kung tama ba yung grammar niya o mali. Salamat!

  42. The story goes way beyond a period or a comma. If you understand the message, then wouldn't it be nice to be unaffected by a misplaced word? How will you get ahead if you insist on staying stuck behind such a small speed bump? She had a horrible experience and was placated by a nice treat from Krispy Kreme. A similar situation has never happened to you? She sounds like a nice person to see the positive in simple things "compared" to the frustrating hassle of boarding, deplaning, then boarding again. Not to mention the added frustration of having to get on a shuttle more than once.

  47. All I can say is, Singapore Airlines! Top airline in the world. Super bongga ng customer service, even if you're riding economy you get treated like royalty. With all that cocktail and wine free to be served. It's bottomless by the way! Infight movies, game consoles et al. PAL should definitely step up their game. Just saying.
