Shamcey just has the right body for this type of dress so my vote is for her. Bagay sa type ni Karylle yung cutesy and short skirts to make herself look taller and leaner. Plus hindi pa maganda yung fit ng damit sa kanya kasi nagba-bunch up in certain places eh.
It looks better on Shamcey, the red complements her skin tone well and shempre the pose. I'm sure Karylle looks good in red, but this is not the red for her.
