She could engage a thousand times in a torrid kissing scene but it does not prove adultery at all. It could provide a glimpse of her character if besmirching her character is what they want to establish but such tactic is only effective if the intention is to put her on trial by publicity and not where it matters most... in the court of law.

That's loud & clear SPECULATION and as i said, it doesn't prove anything until they can present solid proof that Jolly was engaged in an adulterous relationship.
