All you have to do thank the person who nominated you for the ALS ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE, tell us who you are nominating, usually just 3 people, tell them you have 24 hours to do it, then pour the darn thing over your head, It's supposed to be a 30-40 sec video. She just has a knack of sucking the fun out of everything by doing things over the top, I'm so over her.

The Ice Bucket challenge has been so viral that a lot does not know what it is for. I guess that is one of the reasons why Lea explained it and informed us where to donate.
Wow, a lot of people does not know what's the purpose of this ice bucket challenge. It is to raise awareness of ALS which is a neuro degenerative disease that impaired peoples muscle making then unable to live a normal life. She explained it because some people does not know what it is and unaware how many people in this world live and suffer with the disease. Educate yourself, I'm sure FP put this up to at least help the awareness as well. For those people who thinks it's stupid of her to do it saying she's over reacting well be happy that you don't have the disease but stop being a moronic individual and shut it. Just support it.
