A closed-circuit footage of a woman who shoplifted worth P10,000 of clothes and accessories from a botique in Mandaue city in Cebu on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, as per Lou-Anne Mae Rondina's report from GMA News Cebu.
This thief, a gorgeous young woman and 19 years of age, went off from the boutique wearing a dress, jewelry, high-heeled shoes, and a shoulder bag, all weren't paid as if she took all these from her own closet.
She stayed for almost 2 hours inside the store fitting several items, as per the observation of the sales personnel.
“Hinananap niya ang CR dito, kaya sinamahan siya ng kasama namin. Pero bumalik siya at naghihintay ng tamang pagkakataon. Paglabas niya, hinabol ko siya sa elevator dahil suot pa niya ang mga item namin,” said the salesman Adam Dignos
The thief was identified as "Jobelle Bascug". This lead came from a boat ticket inserted in her clothes which she left behind the store.
Bascug promised to pay, but the owner will still file charges against her.
“Maliit lang yun almost P10,000, kaya niya yun i-settle pero gusto ko siyang turuan ng leksyon dahil kung parati niyang gagawin yun magiging madali lang yun sa kanya,” Jessa Romagos said
Moral of the story... wag mag iwan ng ferry ticket sa damit! :P

Tulad ko, ngpapakahirap ako mgtrbho para masunod mga luho ko pero proud ako na never ako kumuha ng di akin at nagnakaw sa mall. Pero kung makasunod ang mga guard at yung mga saleslady tutulungan ka lang pag nakita na nilang bibilhin m0.

Though i might be judging her for being a social climber, she can still be saved! Sana ilayo nalang sya ng mga mgulang sa social media at ipa-counsel.

ReplyDeleteTama. Ang problema sa atin kasi mahilig tayong magsettle out of court kasi nga kesyo ayaw ng gulo. Pero paano naman sila matututo sa mga pagkakamali nila? Uulit at uulit din ang mga yan!
Dapat talaga magkaron sya ng record para magtanda. Let her do community service if she's a minor. Let her realize the consequences of her actions.

Delete2 oras nga syang namili kung ano ang mga gagamitin nya e, that's personal use. May schoolmate ako before na-diagnose with this condition. Talagang kahit gamit na ballpen basta't nagustuhan nya, kukunin na lang at ilalagay sa bag. Hindi kailangan pumili ng bago at magagandang bagay.
At hindi mo kailangang iparinig na kunyari nagpapawithdraw ka ng 30k sa driver....she needs help not for being klepto. She needs to learn to live within her means.

ReplyDeleteshe is 16, a minor. Most of us would think she deserves all these bashing. For sure, with all the negative backlash she's getting particularly sa social media, she has learned her lessons the hard way. Pero let's find it in our heart to be a little compassionate. Let's give her a chance to correct her ways and turn into a new leaf. After all, she is young and has so much potential.
ReplyDeleteI don't think she learned kasi marami pa rin nagdedefend sa kanya. If you try to visit her FB page (it's public anyway), parang balewala lang sa kanya. And very active pa rin mag post ng mga selfies nya. Others would stay out of social media to cool off for this very emabarassing incident, pero itong batang ito parang lalong nagpapasikat.
