Why would anyone tweet this? If it's true, go to the police. No need to tweet it. Let reporters do that if needed. This sounds like a cry for attention. A normal person would not post something like this on social media.

If this is the case, I'd rather she asks help from authorities. Get the incidents formally reported and recorded. If she asks help from social media only, the most she'd get would be sympathy, advices, and suggestions. Correct me if I'm wrong but the police force in Pinas unfortunately does not monitor the social media for these kinds of issues nor intervene without complainant's first person report.
