Ms. Cuneta, I do not "enjoy a false sense of power" just because I speak my mind behind anonimity. People are entitled to their own opinion. Sure, there are bashers but those are still counted as personal views. Agree that you built your career and reputation via hardwork and if I may add, a good PR time. Sadly, you ruined your own reputation when you started to rant and share your thoughts via Twitter. Do not blame others for reacting on what you have written and done yourself. Kung hindi ka nagsalita ng nega, wala ding magre-react ng nega. Quitting Twitter is a good decision. I also hope (and I am not bashing you when I say this) that you can also try to live a healthier lifestyle, lose weight and look like the old Sharon.
Lumabas kasi ang totoo sa twitter that she is this plastic, spoiled brat, matapobre rich person. Dami nyang drama, what about me? I will never get back the time I spent watching her shows and movies because I thought she is classy at mabait na artista, iyon pala fabricated lang iyong image niya, hindi pala totoo.

hello even hollywood celebrities sometimes fall into the same trap that sharon, well, unfortunately keeps falling into. twitter is like a common living room. people seem to have the confidence to talk the way they normally do kasi walang immediate and apparent threat of a retaliation. someone has to tell her that. e kung emotional talaga e hindi sya bagay dito. maka-"fabricated " naman kayo as if hindi fabricated ang persoanlities ng mga idolo nyo. i have news for you -- they are all fabrictaed. some are just fortunate enough to be manufactured the way they really are in real life. some of them just really know how to handle themselves well.
This is simple today. People have the entitlement to be free with what they want to say. I think its the same as before, just that comments reach you directly. Popularity is a gift and a curse. Not everyone will love you even if you have a heart of gold. There's greed and jealousy that feeds the materialistic hunger of people and the crab mentality that is sadly part of the Filipino culture.

Sure, there are bashers but those are still counted as personal views. Maybe, it is YOU who have been enjoying a false sense of power thinking that your accomplishments would automatically earn you respect. Your twitter rants are perfect examples of your bloated ego vis-a-vis sense of power. No one has questioned what you have achieved, to begin with. So, have a peaceful 2014 and let social media be. Sadly, you ruined your own reputation when you started to rant and share your thoughts via Twitter. Do not blame others for reacting on what you have written and done yourself. Kung hindi ka nagsalita ng nega, wala ding magre-react ng nega. Quitting Twitter is a good decision. I also hope (and I am not bashing you when I say this) that you can also try to live a healthier lifestyle, lose weight and look like the old Sharon.

Marian Rivera na kilala sa matatas na pananalita cud handle herself way better. I couldn't understand why some1 like her who is a MEGASTAR would fight with bashers most of the time and rant about her personal affairs on twitter. Indi nya ba narealize that even international celebrities, u name it, have bashers. Bkit lagi kailangan patulan ang bashers. ReplyDeletehello even hollywood celebrities sometimes fall into the same trap that sharon, well, unfortunately keeps falling into. twitter is like a common living room. people seem to have the confidence to talk the way they normally do kasi walang immediate and apparent threat of a retaliation. someone has to tell her that. e kung emotional talaga e hindi sya bagay dito. maka-"fabricated " naman kayo as if hindi fabricated ang persoanlities ng mga idolo nyo. i have news for you -- they are all fabrictaed. some are just fortunate enough to be manufactured the way they really are in real life. some of them just really know how to handle themselves well.

Popularity is a gift and a curse. Not everyone will love you even if you have a heart of gold. There's greed and jealousy that feeds the materialistic hunger of people and the crab mentality that is sadly part of the Filipino culture.
