great chemistry and great acting from piolo and toni. alam na nating lahat na magaling umarte si piolo, but toni, she's very good too! very relatable, simple lang pero dama ang acting niya. so excited for this!

The trailer exceeded my expectation. Oh well, you can never go wrong with an Olivia Lamasan film. I like it. A breath of fresh air from the usual romcom movies from Star Cinema. I'm going to watch it.
hindi ako fan ng KIMXI pero pinanood ko parin ang bride for rent, hindi ako fan ni toni nor piolo pero papanuorin ko parin to. I love star cinema films :) it doesn't necessary have to be brilliant nor to have the best plot ever. its those feel good movies that I always look for. if only we just seek for simplicity rather than make things complicated life would be much more better, don't be too much of a critic, hence just enjoy the film and have a positive outlook on it, i am sure STAR CINEMA won't let us down :) every film they create, is def. worth every penny -POLSAYSOAKIN

Nasaan na yung "hihintayin kitang bumalik sa piling ko" na love? Bakit panay nalang "kuha muna ako ng pamasak butas at pag nag kita kami ulit ng ex ko makikipag balikan ako" na love? Kung mamahalin mo ang isang tao, mahalin mo ng lubos, hindi yung pang tawid gutom lang.

The story is very common.. It is the same over and over again LOL! Let me guess, toni wants to pursue her dream or she is sick and dying that is why she decided to leave.. Pls think unique and very senseful story.. Why foreign artists/directors can do so and Filipinos do not... Ex. Pearl harbor, a walk to remember, nothing hill, the notebook, dear John, twilight, etc. Love story movies that there is sense.
Toni will carry the movie. She's funny and showed depth in her drama scenes...Lucky for Piolo to be paired with a box office star like her ( Amnesia Girl, 4 sisters, etc). After long years of no solid box office hit to his name since Juday (Ever breath... and OTJ earned less than P60M combined), baka madamay si P sa lakas ni TG. This will not surpass JL Sarah coz mahirap super kiligin and ulit ulitin yun movie coz Papa P is "happy."
Agree. Hindi kailangan ni Toni na mag-ingay para magpansin ang bagong project. Kahit maraming bashers go, go, go pa din ang career niya. Simula pa lang magaling nang magpakita ng karakter si Toni.

Nice movie! after watching last night I was very dissapointed and sobrang nalungkot but after some realization naisip ko mga realities of life lang pinakita ng movie, maybe nasanay lang ako sa "typical happy ending" but it was a happy ending naman...2nd chances does'nt mean one thing lang na to start over again with the ex lover but to start a new life and not to do the same mistakes again....

ReplyDeleteAnother basura movie. Bakit ka kukuha ng bagong girlfriend kung mahal mo pa yung ex mo at hindi ka pa nakakapag move on? Masyado ng makitid ang isipan ng mga pinoy director about love. Nasaan na yung "hihintayin kitang bumalik sa piling ko" na love? Bakit panay nalang "kuha muna ako ng pamasak butas at pag nag kita kami ulit ng ex ko makikipag balikan ako" na love? Kung mamahalin mo ang isang tao, mahalin mo ng lubos, hindi yung pang tawid gutom lang.

Kadalasan akala mo over ka na dun sa ex mo dahil may bago ka na or dahil sa tagal nyo hindi nagkita tapos sa isang beses na makita mo sha mafefeel mo na nandun pa rin pala yung love. May iba naman na kailangan humanap ng iba para makalimot sa isa. Dami mong angal dun ka sa love radio wag dito sa fashion pulis!

ReplyDeleteThe story is very common.. It is the same over and over again LOL! Let me guess, toni wants to pursue her dream or she is sick and dying that is why she decided to leave.. Pls think unique and very senseful story.. Why foreign artists/directors can do so and Filipinos do not... Ex. Pearl harbor, a walk to remember, nothing hill, the notebook, dear John, twilight, etc. Love story movies that there is sense.

ReplyDeleteToni will carry the movie. She's funny and showed depth in her drama scenes...Lucky for Piolo to be paired with a box office star like her ( Amnesia Girl, 4 sisters, etc). After long years of no solid box office hit to his name since Juday (Ever breath... and OTJ earned less than P60M combined), baka madamay si P sa lakas ni TG. This will not surpass JL Sarah coz mahirap super kiligin and ulit ulitin yun movie coz Papa P is "happy."

ReplyDeleteNice movie! after watching last night I was very dissapointed and sobrang nalungkot but after some realization naisip ko mga realities of life lang pinakita ng movie, maybe nasanay lang ako sa "typical happy ending" but it was a happy ending naman...2nd chances does'nt mean one thing lang na to start over again with the ex lover but to start a new life and not to do the same mistakes again....
