Bad Treatment

The image of Celebrity Public servant (CP) seems to exude perfection. After all, CP has raised successful children who have pursued their own careers. Like most showbiz/political families, CP’s kids ventured into the same areas. However, her kids kept low profiles and did not reach the level of fame she had during her prime. In addition, CP has been doing her best to keep her husband stay within their marriage.
Like any typical family, CP and a family member were seen in the mall, having a meal. The two seemed to be enjoying the moment to bond. Nothing wrong with spending time and unwinding. However, fellow diners noticed that next to them was their nanny at the next table. The two were at the place for quite a while. During that whole time, the nanny just sat there without any food at all.
Frequent mallgoers apparently have seen CP and her companion/s do the same thing with the nanny or help several times. While CP and her party dine and enjoy, her helper/s are left to wait without food. Thus, they could only spend time and watch mallgoers pass by. Sadly, the treatment of her helpers speaks much of her attitude.

Respected entrepreneur and aspiring Olongapo City mayoralty candidate Arnold Vegafria was feted the Humanitarian Influencer of the Year Award at the recently held HyperLive Impact Influencer Festival and Awards 2025, held at the Grand Ballroom of the Magellan Sutera, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia last March 9.
The event, a gathering of the world’s most influential digital creators, visionary entrepreneurs and inspiring achievers, aims at sparking meaningful change, empowering communities, and promoting Sabah’s tourism industry onto the global forefront.
The festive gathering was attended by luminaries from Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Philippines, Thailand, Hongkong, Japan and South Korea, with some of Malaysia’s top officials, dignitaries and a bevy of celebrities, beauty queens and musical performers as special guests.
The award is a recognition of Vegafria’s humanitarian advocacies and charity efforts over the past years, particularly those aligned with his organization’s various projects, including pageants, concerts, showbiz and sporting events, and even public service/philanthropic efforts.
Recognized as one of the local showbiz industry’s prime movers, Vegafria has worn many hats as talent manager; TV, concert and movie producer; advertising and PR magnate; events producer; pageant owner; and political advisor, and is currently running for mayor in his hometown in Olongapo City.
He says, “I am greatly honored to have been recognized by our Asian neighbors for my humanitarian advocacies. I thank everyone who shares my vision for charity and social responsibility.”

Shortly after being named the new celebrity Tourism Ambassador for the Philippines, South Korean singer-songwriter and actor Seo In Guk visited the world-renowned Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan, marking his first experience on the picturesque shores.
During the weekend, Seo In Guk was visibly captivated by the stunning beauty that has made Boracay one of the top island destinations globally. His activities included a round of golf, enjoying the gentle sunset breeze aboard a yacht, and greeting his Filipino fans during boat tours. He also indulged in local culinary delights, tried famous dishes such as sinigang and sisig, and experienced the famed crystal kayak activity along the shores of Station 1.

As the new tourism ambassador, Seo In Guk is set to enhance the Philippines' visibility as a travel destination. His role includes participating in promotional events, sharing experiences on social media, and attending various press engagements. He may also take part in official events organized by the TPB, both in the Philippines and South Korea.
In a heartfelt message before the media during the signing ceremony held at the DOT Central Office in Makati City, the South Korean star expressed his love for the Philippines.
“Thank you and it feels very nice. It is an honor for me to be on this stage. I really feel a big responsibility as a representative of and as a promoter for one country. I really want to thank everyone for making this happen for me and I really want to say that I will give back all the love that you gave to me and I will be someone to promote the Philippines to others in the future. Inauthentic Self

When Inauthentic Self (IS) was starting out, her network thought she was bound to be the next big star. IS’s projects were rating and the audience followed the twists and turns of her various characters. IS had her piece of heaven, so to speak. In fact, the network was very supportive for her career and that of her Screen Partner (SP). IS and SP have their followers and the management, at that time, was in need of a bankable love team.
Unfortunately, things took a bizarre turn. IS had fewer projects and her partnership with SP was abandoned. Speculations abound and the loudest had something to do with attitude and finances. Her pretty face was the opposite of her authentic self.
Claims were made that IS wasn’t easy to deal with as she looks down on everyone. Even SP was supposedly not spared. Given that IS was more famous than SP at that time, her camp did not spare him from being looked down at and reminded of his status.
Stories even allege IS does not look favorably at her Close Relation (CR). Throughout her career, CR took care of her. Yet, even now IS sees CR with disdain. Is the consequence of IS’s attitude her having a hard time to resurrect her career? Most of her contemporaries, even SP, have already made their mark in the industry. Meanwhile, IS has to be content with supporting roles.
