Going for Breaks

When Pretty Talent (PT) confirmed that she finally found Her Man (HM), her followers knew it would be a matter of time for her to decide between leaving her career and building a life where HM lives. During the time when PT was slowly introducing HM to her world, her fans saw nothing but the potential affluent life HM was going to make for PT. In other words, followers were impressed with what HM could offer PT when they marry.

The career of PT was not exactly assuring her of full stardom. Although she has looks and talent, her path was not leaning toward becoming a major star.

Thus, when PT met HM, she realized he might be the one who can get her out of the business. He was young, presumed wealthy, and based abroad. Photos after photos showed PT and HM as a happy couple. Finally, when they got married, her fans knew PT would leave the entertainment industry and choose life in a new location.

The assumption is that PT would be resting in a bed of roses, staying put, and taking care of their family. However, it seems that was not the case. In an event, viewers were surprised to see PT perform a fast-paced number as a guest. While PT gave an enjoyable number, those who know about her lovelife and marriage were surprised at her spiel after her number. PT allegedly said that if the audience loved her number, all they had to do was contact the organizer and she would be happy to perform.

Such statement actually puzzled many who had thought that PT would leave the limelight and give up her career. After all, HM seemed opulent and capable of supporting PT and their family. They wondered why PT would invite work opportunities and further pondered on whether HM is indeed true to his image. Of course, there is nothing wrong with PT wanting to have her own money that comes from her own sweat as well.
