So Many Secrets

A celebrity is oftentimes only as good as the image he/she has in the eyes of the public. As local audiences are very sensitive, one action that seems to go against norms or the projected image could break a career. Thus, celebrities must be careful in the actions they do in public, mindful of their words, and maintain the image their management has set for them. Going against these practices could lead to the end of a career.
When Versatile Actor (VA) realized that his career needed a boost or at the very least a change in image, he had to look into options that could improve his image. Talent-wise, VA can sing and act. Over the years, he has proven that skills can be honed and that he is worth more than his looks. Nonetheless, interest in him seems to have waned, as he seems to have reached the plateau of his career.
Things changed when he met Creative Personality (CP). Thinking CP could change the course of his career, he talked to CP and asked if he could help him in his career. One of the factors that cannot seem to be detached from VA are rumors of his sexual orientation. By having another relationship that fits the norm might generate interest in him and deflect the rumors. CP gave in but they had to be honest with each other. CP found out why VA was keen on having her as his ‘trophy girlfriend’ and she understood as they seem to be riding in the same boat.
Most relationships do not last and so VA and CP were done after a few years. CP then pursued her truth, thinking that the aftermath of her breakup with VA would be smooth. To her surprise, VA gave his opinion on her present status, which did not sit well with her. As VA and CP already knew each other’s secrets, CP could not understand why VA was saying that he was surprised at her decision. CP felt that VA was such a hypocrite in saying that he did not know anything.
As CP could not get over the continued denial that VA knew her secret, she has told friends that she might reveal their arrangement and definitely, VA might be shocked himself.

Not a Just Motive

Sometime ago, fans were shocked to find out that Promising Newbie (PN) and Cute Model (CM) were over. PN and CM formed their team in their workplace and somehow, they clicked. As they were still starting out then, fans were curious as to what the pair could bring. Soon, what was thought to be just another loveteam revealed they were an item even in real life. For whatever reason, their relationship was just long enough to establish name recall. After a big project that did not create impact, nothing was heard about them anymore until that breakup.
Then, PN resurfaced and this time, she was already with Underrated Talent (UT). The only reaction the fans said was that PN recovered quickly. UT has a good reputation, and thus, their relationship did not receive any nasty comments from supporters of the loveteam of PN and CM. Just as quickly as this relationship was revealed, one of them decides to call it’s over in the most common way at these moments.
Allegedly, PN has needs that neither CM nor UT could meet. It’s not in the bedroom, though, as the two are supposed to be impressive and satisfying. PN has needs that the bed cannot satisfy. Initially, she thought CM had the money as he seemed to be the rich type. However, he is a struggling worker and relies on sidelines to support his lifestyle. UT, while young and well-connected, seems to be in the same predicament at that of CM. As she has obligations, PN cannot just rely on such setups. Besides, she had already spent most of her earnings on material things and other enhancements.
By chance, an Older, Stable man (OS) was just waiting in the wings and he offered PN love and support. Although OS is not from showbiz and is not as young as the two, he had security. PN accepted the offer, as she had to choose between not going hungry and waiting for when the next project would arrive. However, there was a catch. OS wanted an exclusive relationship and the condition was to break off with UT.
To spare the drama, PN took to her mobile and typed away. UT was shocked and probably did not have any idea of what was happening behind his back. UT resorted to social media and soon, other parties dipped into the controversy. When PN realized what UT’s camp was doing, she retaliated and claimed that UT was a cheater. However, the public and the press are lukewarm and their story has not really been picked up. Despite the aftermath of the breakup and having no career to speak off, PN lives comfortably and it no longer matters what her relationship with an alleged married man makes of her.
