For every successful celebrity is someone coveting his/her throne. Over the course of several projects, Conniving Talent (CT) realized that she might be left far behind by Quiet Achiever (QA). It seems that CT has always believed that she is far better than QA in terms of talent, looks, and background. Despite her seeming advantages, the attention of the network is on QA simply because fans have learned to love her.

While CT has her set of projects, QA has hers as well. QA has several movies lined up as well as magazine photoshoots. She even has endorsements. Moreover, her partnership with Young Male (YM) is well received by fans, who prefer them over other showbiz couples.

As the rivalry between CT and QA heightened, fans got into the picture. Social media sites became the battlefield with one group claiming superiority over the other. However, something seemed amiss as the bashing of CT was becoming too often. The management can only handle so much intrigue, and thus, hopes were high that CT and QA would finally straighten things out between them. That is not the case.

As CT is getting bashed, fingers pointed at the fandoms of QA. Such blame was futile, as someone else had a strategy in mind. One way to gain fans is through sympathy, and thus, when one gets bashed too often, the aggrieved party tends to have more followers and declarations of support. Allegedly, CT worked with this strategy. Carefully, she instructed her groups to create social media accounts with the goal of getting bashed. Thus, most of her bashing actually came from created accounts under her instructions. The point was to make the public think that her ‘bashers’ comprised members of QA’s fandom, whom CT wanted to paint as a group who lacked breeding and manners. However, given the popularity of QA, CT’s strategy might have not worked at all.
