Not Exactly the Promise

In fact, for some movies with sensitive scenes, actors are given time to be comfortable with each other. For example, when doing a love scene, the actors talk to make sure they would be at ease when the cameras star. Moreover, certain actors undergo their rituals to make sure their partners would not be turned off. Some brush their teeth, gargle with mouthwash, and even floss prior to the scene. In a rape scene, responsible actors who play rapists talk to the corresponding actress-victims to assure them they would not take advantage. Thus, professionalism is prioritized, and not upstaging one another.
During a shooting, the production was shocked at the way a scene turned out. Prior to the actual shoot, Talent 1 (T1) and Talent 2 (T2) were oriented on the requirements of the scene they were about to shoot. The scene was a critical part of the movie and is considered a highlight that could make or break T1 or T2.
After a brief talk, T1 shared to T2 how she would attack the scene. Her gesture would be light, but would look hard on camera. T2 acknowledged and the scene was shot. However, after T1 was true to her word, T2 returned the gesture with a heavy hand to the point that T1 felt on her cheeks the palm of T2. Not expecting such return, T1 had to retreat, as she felt pain. One side effect of a hard slap is ringing in the ears and even loss of hearing. T1 merely shrugged off the incident with time off.
Meanwhile, the production team wanted another take of the said scene. This time, T1 got into her character more than expected and recreated the scene with harder force. T2 returned the blow and the director yelled ‘Cut!’ The take was good. Unfortunately, those who were expecting a post-confrontation scene offcam were disappointed. T1 and T2 behaved professionally despite the tension-filled shoot. The question that people had in mind then was why T2 used a heavy hand in the first take and they could not help but think if T2 was afraid to be upstaged by T1.

How Do Sweets Affect the Body?
You think sugar can just simply make you fat, period? Sugar has a lot of ways to put your body into massive destruction that you’ve never realized possible before. Here are a few things that sugar can do to your body:
1. Sugar makes your organs fat – The fructose in added sugar can trigger the liver to store more fat. Over time, it may lead to fatty liver disease or non-alcoholic cirrhosis.
2. It puts your heart in a terrible position – Heart disease and diabetes are related intricately. Too much sugar can put you at a cardiovascular disease risk.
3. Energy gets drained even more with too much sugar consumption – Just like caffeine, sugar has the crashing effect which makes you want to take more in order to sustain a higher energy level.
4. Sugar makes you feel hungrier – Eating too much sugar scrambles the ability of your brain to tell you that you have eaten too much and therefore you are full.
5. Excessive sugar can put you at high risk in diabetes – An excessive intake of sugar everyday can mess up with your blood sugar level which will then lead you to diabetes. In order to prevent it from happening, look for Ampalaya supplements or anything that has the combination of Ampalaya, Banaba, Luyang Dilaw and Bawang. According to studies these ingredients are popular for its health benefits like managing insulin levels, lowering blood sugar levels, aids in managing diabetes symptoms and stimulating the pancreas, spleen and liver to intensify absorption—these ingredients may be able to deliver aid especially for blood sugar control for me, the must-try product that has all these ingredients is BitterGo. I have friends who have tried it and I’ve researched about BitterGo wherein I learned it has all the ingredients needed for aiding in blood sugar control! Ampalaya has the ability to lower the amount of sugar in the blood, Banaba helps in controlling the spike up of sugar levels, Luyang Dilaw promotes good control in blood sugar levels and Bawang/Garlic helps in increasing insulin which improves the body’s glucose tolerance and helps in lowering cholesterol levels as well.
