Legal Action Could Catch Up on Celebrity

The said case gained notoriety as netizens could not believe that TC is capable of such act. However, the alleged victim has remained firm in seeking justice by seeing TC land in jail. TC has spent much of his showbiz career making a name for and positive image of himself. Having only raw talent at the start, TC made good every opportunity that could strengthen his foothold in the industry.
After exhibiting impressive talent and getting noticed, he went through the common track. From stage, he moved on to movies, where the audiences discovered his skills as an entertainer. Viewers were moved by his acting and after a couple of hit movies, TC was soon in the big league. Still, he did not rest, as he pursued other venues and other ways to entertain people. Adapting to change is key in maintaining a career and TC was not one who was afraid to adjust to changes.
However, with fame came the usual relationships. Soon, TC found himself in a relationship that did not work out, but gave him a child. As soon as the relationship ended, he and his former partner moved on. Despite what happened to them, she herself could not believe that TC could be involved in such big trouble. As TC was not one who would flaunt his affairs in public, whatever he did behind the cameras were indeed kept private. All that viewers knew was that TC was as good entertainer as he shows on camera.
Then, the event happened and all reporters wanted to get a scoop of the story. TC remained cool and responded in the best ways possible. He kept his statements to only what was deemed necessary. Luckily, his fans remained loyal and production outfits fulfilled their contracts with him. Given the personality he shows on the screen, only a handful doubted his character.
Time went quickly and not much was heard of the alleged crime. After earlier hearings related to the said case were done, TC moved on and continued with his career. The entertainment industry continued to be faithful by giving him constant projects, but TC has indicated that he had to put on hold some of his personal plans until he is sure his cases are finally dismissed. Now, with rumors of the said warrant about to be released, TC has yet to face another road of agony.

Sa panayam ng ABS-CBN News, inihayag ni Pempengco ang sama ng loob sa pagsasabing walang katotohanan ang istorya ni Jake.
"Sa umpisa pa lang puro kasinungalingan na. Walang katotohanan. Sa buong storya na sinabi ni Charice, lahat ito walang katotohanan puro kasinungalingan ang lahat ng sinabi ni Charice dito," ani Pempengco.
"Ilang beses siyang lumayas, ilang beses bumalik puro ako ang pinasasama niya palagi. Ang katotohanan ay 2010 pa pinabayaan na kami niyan ni Charice. Tinanggal ako sa trabaho sa Amerika pa lang. Bakit ako ang sinisisi niya sa tax niya hindi naman ako ang manager niya at accountant niya. Puro kasinungalingan ang sinasabi dito lahat. Hindi siya nag-iisip. Grabe si Charice masyado niya akong pinasama," dagdag ni Pempengco.
Aniya hindi rin totoo na humihingi siya ng pera kay Jake, dahil may sarili siyang pera.
"Pinapalabas nila dito ako humihingi eh sila yung nag-aabot, di ko matanggap," ani Pempengco na sinabing 2015 pa para sa kanyang kaarawan nagbigay ng pera si Jake pero hindi niya tinanggap.
Dagdag pa niya, hindi niya sinasaktan ang anak maliban sa pagkakataon na pinapaamin niya na ito kung siya ba ay tomboy.
"Hindi ko pinagbuhatan ng kamay iyan. Nasabunutan ko lang iyan ng nabuksan ko ang laptop niya na ayaw niyang umamin na tomboy siya, di pa siya nagre-reveal noon," aniya.
Ayon pa sa ina ni Jake, hindi din siya ang dahilan kung bakit tinangka ng anak na magpakamatay.
"Noong time na iyon nakikipag-break ang girlfriend niya kaya siya nag-suicide attempt," ani Pempengco. Dagdag nito, isang non-showbiz ang nobya noon ni Jake.
Nang matanong kung ano ang maaaring dahilan ni Jake kung bakit niya ito nagawa sa kanya, sinabi ni Pempengco: "Gusto niya talaga akong tanggalin sa picture niya bilang magulang. Sinabi niya nakasama niya tatay niya. Di niya nakasama tatay niya simula't simula pa, sinungaling iyan."
Pagkumpirma ni Pempengco, Setyembre 2015 pa niya huling nakita si Jake.
Nang hingin ang mensahe nito kay Jake, sinabi ni Pempengco: "Isa lang mensahe ko sa kanya huwag na niyang dagdagan pa ang kasalanan niya. Ako pilit kong ipinagtatanggol ko ang anak ko pero sa ginagawa niyang ito ako ang idinidiin niya. Hindi ko na alam kung anong sariling pag-iisip mayroon si Charice."
Giit din ng ina ni Jake, ginagawa na lang lahat ng anak niya ang paraan para isalba ang karera nito.
"Walang alam na trabaho si Charice kaya pinipilit niya na i-survive ang career niya. Lalo na ngayon at wala na siyang boses na ipagmamalaki," ani Pempengco.
"Kung iyan ang ikakasiya niya na sirain ang magulang niya eh tatatanggapin ko kung doon siya masaya," pahuling mensahe ng ina ni Jake.
