Getting Harassed
PT contacted VA and an appointment was set at the home of the latter. PT arrived early than the agreed schedule to set up equipment and find the best spot to conduct the interview. In the living room, the pieces of furniture were covered with cloth, and PT started to remove the covers. Then, they rearranged the furniture to get the good angles for the camera. When the helper told them not to touch anything, PT assured her that the living room will be returned to how it was after the interview.
An hour passed and VA had not shown herself yet. The helper said she was still in the bedroom. As the other staff arrived, they started to become impatient. Then, another hour passed and finally, VA showed up. When she saw the setup, she immediately reprimanded the helper, as she could not direct her ire to PT and the others. VA is known to be gracious after all and has a respected reputation in the industry. Then, VA walked away again.
PT and the other staff realized that they were not going to be served refreshments even though it was already lunchtime. Moreover, VA seemed to be in a bad mood and they feared that the interview might not be as pleasantly as they had planned. Thus, they slowly returned the living room to how it was and made their way out of the home of VA.
After some time, VA went down and this time, she was fully made up. To her shock, no one was there anymore and obviously, the interview was not going to push through. It seemed to be a case of tit for tat.

Totally Loathsome
To make sure NP and his team were well-rested prior to his appearance, they organizers provided the best accommodations even though the villa was around 30 minutes away from the event site. Furthermore, air-conditioned rooms were made available near the venue to serve as the waiting room of the guests.
When one of the organizers picked up NP and his team, a Close Relation (CR) of NP informed the organizer of their requests that turned out to be quite demanding. CR said that NP does not want to be early at the venue, as he only wants to show up when it’s his time to sing and then leave immediately. Besides, NP does not want to wait for a long time. When the organizer said they were following a schedule, CR insisted on the request of NP. Thus, instead of returning on time, the organizer left the villa with NP and his team later than the schedule.
True to their word, the moment NP arrived at the venue, he went onstage, sang, and left. NP did not even stay long enough for photos, as he did not even mingle with anyone. Everyone was disappointed at the attitude of NP, as they witnessed how another guest judge, a Beauty Queen (BQ) patiently fulfilled her duty at the event and did not even complain. BQ did not give the organizers any headache at all.
In fairness to NP, questions were raised as to whether he was really the one who made such demands or it was just the plan of CR. Regardless of who made the request, the name of NP has already been tarnished. By missing out on mingling with the townsfolk, NP failed to build stronger bonds. As a newbie, who has connections in the network, NP should be aware that his actions, no matter how minor they may be, can affect his image. Lucky for him that social media has not yet given attention to his aloofness.
Incidentally, during his contest stint, Another Relation (AR), who is known for his appearance in a daily show, humbly made the rounds of various programs, including radio stations of the network, to campaign for NP. Perhaps, AR should remind NP and CR that staying in the industry requires humility and commitments, especially for out of town shows, should be given importance.
