Every single week, the preparations to mount a Major Show MS is nothing but overwhelming. MS has varied themes each episode which entail detailed preparations for wardrobe/costumes and long hours of rehearsals for production numbers, among many others.
The production staff, the people who work behind the scenes for MS are no nonsense professional talents who are well-respected in their fields. Thus, the stars of MS, including the veterans, acknowledge, respect and abide by the judgment of the show’s staff.
Fussy Girl FG, along with her fellow young stars, was being prepared for her look for their themed production number for MS episode that week. The look required each of them to wear a colored wig. While the other stars had no problem wearing the wig, FG refused to wear hers as she believed it didn’t look good on her. She told her Personal Stylist PS that she wouldn’t want to wear it.
After analyzing the problem, PS went to the Show’s Stylist SS, and told him of FG’s concern with the wig. PS told SS that FG would like the head accessory to be adjusted and worn in a certain way for her to wear it. SS did not approve of the idea since it would affect the look of the other girls in their number, he told SS that FG had no choice but to wear it.
When FG learned of SS’ instruction, she was allegedly very pissed, and kept stomping her feet in disgust, and told PS to find a way to solve the problem. At this instance, perhaps tensed from the pressure, PS went back to SS to try to make a compromise once more, but the equally pressured SS stuck to his guns and lashed out at PS for being so insistent and annoying. Words were exchanged and soon after, the two stylists were already shouting at each other – all because of FG, the picky and fastidious starlet, who just shrugged off the incident from a distance, while rolling her eyes and making faces.
Who was it who said, “Fame can be toxic where a young, shy upstart can turn into a monster in six months?”
" Parents can only give good advice or put them on the right path, the final forming of a person's character lies in their own hands. " ~ Anne Frank
