A Difficult Milestone
Apparently, a New Teleserye NT had to be axed this early by its network. There was so much expectation from NT owing to its high drama and extraordinary genre plus its big cast headed by the network's top actors and directed by big names in the industry.
NT was supposed to have a long run, but due to poor ratings and less advertisement plus high production cost, it had to be shortened before producers start to lose more money and well, credibility. NT was given until the first few weeks of 2014.
Supposedly, Another New Teleserye AT which stars Actress/Host AH and fellow reality Search Winners SW will be shown in the afternoon slot, but since there will be a hole in the primetime programming with the departure of NT, AT will be moved to primetime as NT replacement.
And now for the latest development, NT which was earlier shortened to run until first few weeks of next year was shortened even further and will only air until the last few days of this year. Overheard that a movie re-run is set to replace NT.
Furthermore, a Drama Series DS which is currently airing which casts some Sexy Stars SS will only air until this year – again also due to poor ratings and low advertising. Reportedly, a movie re-run will air in its timeslot.
In light of the state of its primetime series, the network has reportedly made a crucial decision - that it will already stop producing teleseryes. Obviously, the bombshell decision was a difficult one for the bosses. It has been quite a while that the network been on the losing end with its series and recovering such losses is no easy feat.

Fearless Forecast: Harry Styles Has the Best Chance of Going Solo
Teenage girls (and sometimes, even boys) screaming their names, buying their albums and watching their concerts. Then, out of nowhere, they break apart and only one of them becomes successful in pursuing a career in music entertainment industry.
After NSYNC, Westlife and Backstreet Boys, a new boy band from the UK becomes an international singing sensation. With its members Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson, London-based pop boy band One Direction takes the whole world by storm with their popular hits like "What Makes You Beautiful", "Live While We're Young” and “One Way or Another”.
Harry Styles, however, has the best chance of going solo.
Earlier this March, many fans speculated that Harry will pull a Justin Timberlake and take his boy band fame into a solo career.
As lead for the English-Irish boy band, Harry gets overwhelming amount of spotlight that would boost his career if ever he decides to go on his own.
A solo track sung by Harry entitled ‘Don’t Ever Let Me Go’ also got leaked online, causing rumours that the band will soon break up. But One Direction’s rep was quick to dismiss speculations.

Masking the Secret
Meanwhile, commercial model (CM) gained a following when he had a very risqué performance on stage a few months ago. His close-up photos showed that he only donned a towel and did not wear any underwear when he romped on the catwalk. Sometimes, male models wear something to cover their privates as they tease the crowd in a fashion event. However, CM dared what no shy male personality would do.
Rumors of questionable sexuality have been hounding TP, but his camp has denied such rumors. TP has been careful in his appearances and in references to being gay. Although gays rule in the local showbiz, the out gays are usually flamboyant, whereas hunk actors and models allegedly comprise gays in the closets. Thus, closeted hunk gays often go far away to places where they hide from the malicious eyes of the public.
Unfortunately, the smoke that something is happening between TP and CM got thicker, and the flames were not extinguished as the couple was seen in a rendezvous in a very popular Asian destination. Thus, their togetherness confirmed that TP and CM are indeed seeing each other. Obviously, neither can come out as TP is being built up by a major network, and any reference to confirming his homosexuality can spell doom for his career.
Will we ever see the day when young actors openly admit their sexuality?

Willie Revillame to Return to TV in 2014
Willie Revillame said he is planning to revive his self-produced variety show, preferably on a network that has wide viewership, sometime in 2014.
The 52-year-old host revealed the plan in an interview with sports journalist Snow Badua on the sidelines of the Pacquiao-Rios bout in Macau last Sunday.
Asked what his fans can expect from him after the end of his noontime show "Wowowillie" in October, Revillame quipped, laughing, "Sa kanto-kanto lang muna ako! Sa tabi-tabi lang muna!"
"Hindi pa naman," he added, as to whether he's looking to switch networks, "kasi one month pa lang naman ako nagbabakasayon eh."
"Siguro next year, early next year," he said.
Revillame's "Wowowillie" aired its final episode last October 12 after seven months on air. In his first announcement of the program's end in May, Revillame said it would mark his retirement from television.
But in his closing lines in the program's finale, Revillame said, "I will return!"
The host was asked on Sunday which network he hopes to carry his comeback show. He answered: "Hindi ko pa alam."
"Syempre pag-aaralan ko mabuti kung saan mas maraming makakapanood sa programang gusto kong gawin," he said.
In September, Revillame aired his frustration about the limited viewership of his program on TV5. "No matter how good your show is, if the signal is not strong, people won't watch you," he said at the time.
Revillame transferred to the Manny V. Pangilinan-owned network in 2010, after the controversial end of his five-year program with ABS-CBN, "Wowowee."
His first TV5 show, "Willing Willie," similarly drew controversies, among them involving allegations of child abuse when a 6-year-old contestant was supposedly made to perform as a "macho dancer."
The controversy, which involved advertisers pulling out from the show, prompted Revillame to announce it would go on hiatus. A month later, it resumed as the reformatted "Wiltime Bigtime."
Yet another revamp as "Wowowillie" marked the program's transfer to a noontime slot in January this year.
Still on the subject of a possible network transfer for his planned 2014 program, Revillame said on Sunday, "Kahit saan naman, pwede, basta maganda 'yung programa, 'di ba? Basta maganda 'yung project, basta makabigay ng saya araw-araw at makakatulong."
"'Yun ang importante," he said.
Marc Anthony's Ex- Wife Dayanara Torres Drags Jennifer Lopez into Child Support Battle

Former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres wants a nearly tenfold increase in child support from Anthony, bumping her $13,000 a month up to $112,000 a month, according to the New York Post's Page Six.
The exes, who have two children together, split in 2004 after four years of marriage. During his divorce proceedings with Torres, Anthony supposedly claimed he had money issues, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The week after the split was finalized, Anthony married Lopez, giving the "Live It Up" songstress an 8.5-carat engagement ring worth between $4 million and $8 million.
Today, he allegedly makes at least $1.25 million a month and pays Lopez -- who earned $52 million in 2012 alone -- a ton in child support for twins Max and Emme. Meanwhile, Torres says she's living in a small apartment in the Valley and that Anthony never sees their kids. She alleges that one time he said he couldn't visit because of work, but then she saw him on television at a beach with Lopez.
Anthony is expected to fight the former beauty queen in court, Page Six reported.
“Marc has paid every penny, well over $13,000 a month,” the singer’s lawyer, Daniel Jaffe, said, adding the father “has paid for all of the kids’ schooling, band lessons, camps, and all medical and dental costs. Virtually everything.”
The 45-year-old Grammy winner is currently dating 21-year-old Topshop heiress Chloe Green.
