Will Controversial Personality CP on the verge of committing the same mistakes again?

CP, a veteran of showbiz controversies recently hinted at giving more focus on his businesses after a major personal decision was reached. The last decade of his showbiz career had been more than fruitful in terms of material gain. He has every reason to be very confident , says he worked hard and believes he has bottomless bragging rights.

CP is presently engaged in realty business. His ambitious residential project in a big city had begun construction years ago, was aggressively promoted and has quite attracted several buyers. Its grand opening was attended by a select few notably from showbiz and politics.

It was an awesome launch, a showcase of the opulence, an image its owners would want it to project. However, not a few observers are in wonder why only those of the commercial spaces have undergone completion, but the residential units where many Investors IN infused in their hard-earned moneys scream of attention. Allegedly, it was all talk - nothing was happening after all the years. Reportedly, some IN are apprehensive if the turnover schedule will be met as promised.

However, some people understand where those IN fears are coming from.

They would not want to speculate, but many have seen CP allegedly encurring real huge losses at the casinos, both here and abroad. For someone who has no such history, these sightings of CP can be quite alarming for IN, as in how can business and gambling mix? One will have to give way somehow.

Essentially, one good thing that separates the old from the “nouveou riche” is the way they behave towards their money.

Nonetheless, IN still want to give CP the benefit of the doubt, although some of them belatedly realized that his alleged business acumen has yet to be proven. Disturbing as it seems, IN and other stakeholders would want to project a positive attitude and conquer their fears.
