Friendship and Mr. Flawless (Part 1)

Friendship among celebrities is highly cherished, especially the one that has withstood the test of time. The friendship shared by Steadfast Woman (SW), Creative Homemaker (CH), and Balanced Assessor (BA) is admired by their fans. Despite coming from different backgrounds and beliefs, the three have managed to keep their communication lines open. The constant reaching out to one another deepened their friendship. They talk about everything, except politics.
One time, SW opened up to CH and BA about the affair of Her Husband (HH). Allegedly, HH got a woman pregnant. BA expressed her stand that SW should save her marriage and not make a big issue out of it. SW can settle if necessary. SW took the higher road. Later on, HH did the same thing again. This time, BA posted the challenge that if SW really loves HH, then she should accept reality. As long as HH comes home to her, SW should accept that HH has his excess baggage, a part of his life she should consider. Meanwhile, CH emphasized that the family should always be saved.
Time passed and CH shocked SW and BA. She revealed a similar problem, which made her feel degraded. SW and BA comforted CH and gave her advice. SW and CH praised BA who seemed to be living her life free from issues. They expressed admiration for the serene life BA has, as Her Man (HM) projected perfection. HM seemed like the perfect partner that SW and CH missed. Or is he truly Mr. Flawless?

As soon as circumstances settled down, the management sent Important Talent (IT) a contract for ceremonial purposes. Over the years, IT has proven loyal to the management. His presence has contributed much to various programs, which have functioned as a venue to hone young talents. Seasoned talents come in once in a while as well.
A few days later, the management followed up IT on the contract. The response was shocking. IT said he needed time before finalizing any deals. He even expressed a desire to take a long break. IT felt he was burnt out. Later, a top executive called IT and assured IT that his apprehensions can be discussed. The idea of using his name for a show was even raised. Despite feeling elated, IT held on to his first decision – he needed time to think things over.
Allegedly, IT wanted to try other facets, as he felt his career has been placed in a niche. As an artist, he needed to explore other avenues of growth, which the management has overlooked. A crucial role he wanted was given to Another Actor (AA), and IT was disappointed. AA was not as loyal as IT when it comes to the network. However, IT did not want to make a fuss because he feared AA might lose work.
According to rumors, IT has sent feelers to other networks seeking if he could be accommodated. Meanwhile, a close friend advised IT to think his decisions thoroughly, especially about leaving. Factors, such as livelihood, emotions, and principles, can be tricky in the final analysis.

Amidst all possible work opportunities and pronouncements of taking it easy, the grapevine is abuzz about the decisions a sought-after talent will make at the right time. Since the pandemic hit, Intriguing Talent (IT) opted to deal with matters close to her heart. Instead of pursuing money-making ventures, IT chose to devote her energy to more significant endeavors affecting other people.
Rather than let IT be at her current state, several bigwigs have contacted IT’s Handler (IH) for possible projects. IT is appealing and talented. She has a loyal fanbase despite the intrigues that have colored her life. Hence, any management knows the value of signing up someone like IT. The present seems to be the right time to make IT commit.
One Executive (OE) expressed interest to IH for IT’s future commitment. OE offered a hefty talent fee as well. IH relayed the message to IT and the response was positive. However, a contract signing is not expected in the near future. IT is indeed open to possibilities, but she’s not in a hurry to be tied down professionally. OE might have to wait for quite a period for everything to be in black and white.

The moment Versatile Talent (VT) had long awaited finally came true. After getting into situations that tested the love VT and Present Husband (PH) shared, she had finally locked herself in a rock-hard foundation. As boyfriend and girlfriend, VT and PH had arguments that placed their relationship in jeopardy. VT had much to worry given that PH is known to move on quickly after a breakup. Besides, VT has decided that PH is the one and she did what she could to make that come true.
By contrast, rumors indicated PH was still not done with his uncommitted life, but pressure from friends and family made him think. PH allegedly considered that Influential Person (IP) on the side of VT blamed him for VT losing her appeal. Thus, VT had lost many work opportunities. Second, he had continually assisted VT’s family considering that she had not worked since they were together. When things settled, PH made his decision.
Plans for a grand wedding were ruined by the pandemic, quashing VT’s original dream. A wedding showing off much grandeur would definitely have sent a message to her bashers. However, VT and PH settled for a simple one. While they were talking, PH allegedly presented a set of papers that required VT’s signature. VT was shocked, but PH said the document was for both of them. VT worried that the wedding might be not happen if she refused. Hence, she decided to claim her forever and signed.
