As transferring from one management to another is becoming real, non-A list talents are scrambling for a slice of the pie of production houses. These days, however, talents cannot be choosy if they want to work and recover from the financial issues resulting from the pandemic and other issues. Therefore, their presence has to be noticed by influential insiders.
Influential Personality (IP) seems to be thought of as the ticket to work. Hence, when a team called for a meeting of talents, Hopeful Actor (HA) wanted to be in attendance. HA knew IP would also attend. The problem was that HA was not invited. Using his confidence, HA crashed the meeting and pretended to be with the guests. He wanted to look cute enough to be noticed, especially by IP.
Due to social distancing, HA was unable to get close enough to IP, but he managed to get a contact number. HA sent a message indicating his interest and to know IP personally. The response was that HA could ask the staff and other involved personnel. HA persisted and said that knowing him personally would be a fun and worthwhile experience. IP did not reply anymore. Later, HA found out that other able-bodied talents wanted to be close to IP, but were disappointed. It seems they do not fall within the type.
The idea that body and looks are the ways to reaching out to IP may have come from rumors of the closeness of IP with Seasoned Actor (SA). SA falls among the top choices for tv or movie projects. SA is loved by production people because he takes his responsibilities in the team seriously. Rumors even have it that SA has kept his single status because of his deep friendship with IP. Hence, talents like HA, think they can win over the attention, too.

Love can make the lover make changes in his/her life regardless of cost. For Excited Actress (EA), everything was falling into place when she met Her Forever (HF). Introduced by her friends, HF hit it off with EA, who was struck so hard that she was sure he was the right person. EA was very much in love with HF to the point that she no longer prioritized her career.
HF reciprocated and loved EA as well. The two were inseparable and love was indeed in the air. EA’s friends were happy for her, as she was joyful and content. EA even expressed the idea of settling down with HF.
One time, HF was introducing EA to his friends overseas. Another bachelor friend seemed to be ready for a quiet home life. HF said he wanted his parents to meet EA. Although his friends were excited for him, they cautioned him to think twice. Then, one of his friends asked for a clear picture of EA, as she looked familiar. HF sent one and The Friend (TF) said something that shocked HF.
TF said that he had dated EA and he was not the only one among his friends who might have spent evening hours with EA. A picture with EA was shown to HF to prove the claim. HF had no idea that EA was allegedly involved in such business.
Sadly, HF ended the relationship without directly telling EA what was told him about her. His excuse was the classic, ‘It’s not you, it’s me’. HF reasoned out that he was not yet ready for a long-term relationship and EA was too good for him. Meanwhile, EA could only quietly accept what had happened and move on.

Sometime ago, Showbiz Personality (SP) thought that reconciling with Former Lover (FL) would be a good move. SP was advised to renew ties with FL for her sake and the people close to them as well.
SP sent food and eventually invited FL to her home. She prepped up herself to look attractive for FL. They drank wine and ate well. SP made sure everyone in her home was asleep and she asked FL to stay for more wine and story-telling. SP excused herself for a few minutes and when she returned, FL was amused. FL sensed SP had something exciting in mind. Then, he got up and told SP he had to leave, as his work started early the next day. SP’s plan failed.
One day, FL started receiving messages coming from an unknown number about how His Woman (HW) is flirtatious with male co-workers, even the happily married ones. The message told FL to ask around HW’s workplace. Meanwhile, HW was shocked at receiving messages about FL’s alleged hitting of women and using drugs. The sender was an unknown number. FL and HW ignored the messages and blocked the numbers, which were not in their phonebook, anyway. However, similarly themed messages from various numbers continued to land on their phones.
Later, FL found out that several SIM cards were thrown out by SP. FL could only surmise that SP might have decided to create a bit of disturbance between him and HW. To get away from hate messages regardless of the sender, FL and HW changed their numbers.

With the loss of work opportunities for several weeks, a Production Team (PT) was elated to finally be tasked for a big project for a network. During planning, PT had Female Celebrity (FC) in mind for the project. FC was crucial in the project and other actors were already tapped for roles. Male Personality (MP) and other cast members then filmed many of their scenes.Despite having started production, PT was stunned when FC sent word that she was no longer interested in the project. PT reached out and explained no other talent could fill her shoes. However, FC gave excuses that she would not endure the new normal of spending many weeks of work under lockdown. PT stressed that all protocols will be strictly observed and they even appealed to her by explaining that many workers will lose their jobs if the production shuts down. FC was stern and insisted to be replaced or the plot changed.
Management decided on the matter and subsequently closed down the project, as changes would increase cost. The management could no longer afford losses. MP found out and was disappointed, as he lost income with the cancellation as well.
Later, a staff found out that PT scheduled a long vacation with rumored boyfriend, which was puzzling as she did not want to be in lockdown. Hence, PT realized that FC was not the nice personality they all believed, as she showed them selfishness by leaving the project.

Like many celebrities during the pandemic, AP found herself busy with projects. As restrictions have eased on travel, celebrities have taken advantage of going out of the city and visiting various local and international places for work or leisure. AP found herself in the same boat, as a way to fulfill her commitments.
As AP is known to be obedient, she certainly would have followed protocols during her trips. Unfortunately, the grapevine says that despite her adherence to rules, her team allegedly tested positive for covid-19. The next move, is, of course, to go on quarantine and hope that mild to nil symptoms would manifest. Quarantine time means staying away from people and work. Subsequently, her schedule has to be adjusted and the production team will have to understand her alleged situation. Nonetheless, news has been on blackout and a statement coming from AP and her team can clear up the matter.

While waiting for her next project, Experienced Celebrity (EC) would be seen in social gatherings and mingling with the high-end crowd. Over the years, EC has built her reputation as a talented member of the entertainment industry. In addition, controversy hounded her personal life, which is typical for celebrities. Thus, her face looked familiar to non-showbiz people.
Hot in the grapevine is the story about EC’s dealings with a Rich Guy (RG). EC flirted with RG and RG fell for the trap. The efforts of EC resulted in a high-end practical gift from RG. Consequently, RG expected something in return. He was disappointed and his waiting brought nothing, as EC was no longer as responsive as before to him. There was no explanation why EC was avoiding him. In other words, he was ghosted.
Allegedly, EC found a Richer Man (RM) in lieu of RG. EC charmed and tried to win over the older man, who is engaged in a relevant field these days. However, EC was not the type RM would fall for. Alas, EC’s techniques failed and she was unable to woo RM.
With her potential benefactor lost, EC went back to RG. This time, RG was smart and realized that he was just a fall back. Being ignored by EC made him skeptical over her return. Hence, he closed the doors and EC was left with no RG and RM.
