Indifferent Blabbermouth

For ordinary people, having work is already a blessing for the money it will bring. Being hired for the job that someone really likes is added bonus. However, adding a premium is the employer himself/herself. Being starstruck cannot be taken away from people when they realize they are working for a celebrity. Unfortunately, thinking that the celebrity would behave in the same as the roles he/she projects on media can spell disaster.

Stay-in helpers of celebrities must deal with the attitude of their celebrity-employer. Lucky are the ones who are under celebrities known to be fair and kind. The unluckier ones need to deal with their disappointments, such as the opposite of what they expect from the said celebrity-employer. Regardless of the identity of the employer, employees must all be trustworthy. Employees of celebrities must learn to see, speak, and hear no evil. In other words, they have to keep their mouth shut, as confidentiality matters. Given that celebrities have an image to protect, any personal stories coming from their household help or employees can make for good entertainment headlines.

When Refreshing Talent (RT) hired someone to Help Her (HH), little did she know that their relationship would not be smooth. Somewhere along the way, HH was fired for reasons that remained unintelligible. HH, of course, felt bad and a gush of her negative stories with HH started to overflow. Meanwhile, RT has remained cool and quiet.

While incompetence can be a valid reason for terminating services, another more significant reason can be justified. Allegedly, RT became worried, as HH has a big mouth. As HH knows the ins and outs of the household, stories about RT’s private life were exposed to her. Instead of keeping quiet, HH allegedly let others know about why RT has a new home. RT found out and dismissed HH. The story is that RT was on private meeting with a wealthy foreign visitor. After a few weeks, RT and her family were moving to a new unit. HH was alleged to be talking about the new home and how RT’s supposed bookings have made a difference in her life.
