Malacañang finds the halloween masks featuring President Rodrigo Duterte's face "amusing."
Sought for comment about the masks, Duterte’s spokesperson Salvador Panelo found an opportunity to promote Duterte and his campaign against drugs and crime.
Was Malacañang offended by the mask sold by Calli's Company?
“Hindi. Talagang tinatakot ang mga kriminal,” Panelo said in an apparent reference to Duterte’s tough stance against criminality.
The masks are going for $32.99 on Amazon.com.
However, the "quality latex mask" cannot be delivered to the Philippines.
The masks have package dimensions of 11.1 x 10.9 x 3.4 inches.

Making a Move

FC has allegedly spoken to her manager and expressed the possibility of moving out of her present station. She said she is unhappy at the rate her career is moving. She feels she’s not growing as a talent. FC desires to explore making movies or acting in a series. She is sad at the low rate of exposure she finds herself in these days. Her station is not giving her the exposure she wants and she feels that another network would give her more opportunities.
FC shared that she had always wanted to be part of a station even if she has been rejected in auditions many times, and once again snubbed when she was making an identity. Only her current management decided to gamble on her and it paid off. Nonetheless, FC is unhappy and believes only by crossing the field will she find what she’s looking for. Besides, she feels her present station is cold towards her, anyway.
The response of her management team was surprising. With the slowdown of FC’s projects, her management is considering possibilities. However, they will make the decision if a major issue will be resolved soon. For now, FC has to move within the boundaries of her contract and that of her major shows.
