Unpleasant Circumstance

Most often after parents decide to separate, their children are the most affected. Some kids even blame themselves for the decision of their parents, whereas others succumb to the negative side to release their frustration. No one wants a broken family, especially, one that had potential to end up otherwise.
Times have indeed changed and family relationships can be very fragile. When two adults realize that they need time to think of where their relationship is heading, chances are they will lead separate lives. In the case of This Couple (TC), things were on bordering between being hopeful and hopeless when they separated. At that time, both were really hoping things will not lead to a permanent separation. Successful in their fields, their friends thought their relationship was ideal, but sadly, it was not that way.
Things got worse when Another Party (AP) entered the picture. Her presence sealed the finality of the end of the relationship of TC. Rather than make a scandal of such end, the two moved on to their pursuits and new endeavors. Despite the separation, the Ex-Husband (EH) did not forget His Offspring (HO).
Although still young, HO was very smart in realizing what had happened, but nothing could really be done but move toward a more positive direction. Simple joys, such as spending time with EH, were valued by HO. During an event, EH asked HO if AP could come, too. HO refused and EH relayed the message to AP. However, AP found the refusal unacceptable and insisted she should go to the event.
When HO saw AP, the child felt very disappointed and became emotional. The situation was awkward, as HO was not ready to face AP. Afterwards, EH received a letter from HO saying that when the two of them are spending quality time, then the time should really be just for a father and child bonding moment and no else should be there to divide his attention.

Phillip Salvador has responded to the remarks made by his former partner, Kris Aquino, against him.
The actor released his statement in an interview with members of the media at a campaign rally on Thursday.
"She's still the mother of my son. I respect her and I will always respect her for the rest of my life. That is my statement," said Salvador, who is the father of Aquino's eldest son, Josh.
Last Wednesday, Aquino lashed out at Salvador for taking part in a "hurtful" skit with senatorial candidate Bong Go about their past relationship.
Go has since called Aquino to apologize, but Salvador has yet to reach out to the actress and TV host.
"It really hurt. The hurt there comes from being made a joke of. And I am not blaming Bong Go. This is on you, Phillip Salvador. Tatay ka ni Josh," she said.
"Ang mali ko kasi, I let you off easily. Pinuri pa kita. Ang hindi ko nabanggit sa mga tao, 16 years kang walang inabot kahit piso kay Josh," she continued.
"Sana naisip mo, that line — 'Naloko mo si Kris Aquino' — what does that make of your son? Produkto siya ng panloloko?"
Salvador and Aquino's relationship bloomed on the set of their film "Nandito Ako" in 1994.
They ended their relationship in 1999.
