She’s All Grown Up

Much has been said about relationships between strict parents and dutiful children when it comes to love. When parents are not in favor of the boyfriend or girlfriend, the child has two options, which are to break-up or defend the partner. These days, people are admiring how Prized Daughter (PD) is taking a stand to keep her relationship with Versatile Celebrity (VC).
Ever since VC started to take interest in PD, Authoritative Relation (AR) has been moving heaven and earth to prevent their budding relationship from developing. Despite the negative attitude of AR toward him, VC stood his ground and continued to pursue PD. Lucky for him, PD reciprocated his feelings. When AR disrespected VC, he told PD about it and PD learned to speak in her voice and assert her right to be with him.
AR was piqued but she could not do anything anymore at the fear that PD would leave. Thus, AR had to allow PD do her own thing even without a chaperone with VC. One time, AR casually told PD that in case her relationship with VC will not work, she should look for a non-showbiz man who is wealthy enough to support them. Although VC lives comfortably, he has nothing compared to the recent hookup of an actress. Apparently, AR derived her idea for PD to find such a man.
PD replied that she has enough to live on and she loves the way the family of VC has been treating her. She is respected and VC’s family is sincere and love her as she is. Finally, she stressed that if she will not end up with VC, she might as well not married and worse, she might just kill herself. AR was shocked at the fiery words of PD, who has finally learned to assert herself.
Soon after, AR could not do anything as PD packed her bags and went on a private vacation with VC.

Learning A Lesson

During the event of Talented Celebrity (TC), certain members of the audience were hopeful that someone might make an incognito appearance to show support. However, the Waited for Guest (WG) never had plans of coming and made sure the distance between her location would not easily traversed. WG went south, while TC stayed north.
WG allegedly decided to party the night away south of the city and the said party was private. Only close and trusted friends were invited and their party place had to be well-chosen. These days, association with WG is like a death sentence. Any personality seen with WG enjoying himself will be subjected to endless torture in social media. No male personality seen with WG has escaped the wrath and rants of fans wanting only TC for WG.
To protect themselves, the group had to device a plan that would lead them away from prying eyes. First, their party was not held in a bar, as such place can be full of people who might tweet their whereabouts or take paparazzi shots that could be used for endless bashing. Second, they tried to be as discrete as possible, or so they thought everyone was clear on that idea.
Going home, the friends were supposed to ride with Male Friend (MF), who is already a victim of mean and bitter tirades in social media because he is a close friend of WG. The plan changed and MF and WG ended up going home together. Meanwhile the friends rode with Blabbermouth (BM).
By day’s end, BM could not contain himself and posted his teasing of MF and WG. In seconds, the snowball effect came to life, as his post became the trigger that launched so much negativity. The backlash of the fandom of WG was real and BM was subjected to endless rants. Of course, BM was reprimanded and instructed to fix the mess. He did what he could, but his action was too late. Even after he followed instructions, the fans were relentless and continued to bash him.
Meanwhile, MF and WG remained quiet and did not react at all. BM was left on his own, and fortunately, he can dish out meanness and take responsibility for the meanness that would boomerang. As for TC, he did not at all bother, as he was doing his own thing without WG at all.
