How to Take Proper Care of Your Skin

Knowing what’s best for your skin is the way to go in taking steps in proper skin care. Stop neglecting your skin and start focusing on making it healthy because honestly, your 50 year old self will look back and thank you for it if you follow these golden rules in skin care as early as now:

Know your skin type because from there, you will know its basic needs.
Cleanse gently everyday by using clean water and a cleansing product that is gentle on your skin. Make sure to remove your make-up as well.
Exfoliate regularly in order to remove dead skin cells and give way to new skin that ill establish radiance and glow on the skin.
Moisturize daily with a water-based moisturizer. Aside from keeping your skin healthy, it also has the ability to protect your skin from dirt.
Always use sunscreen because too much exposure to the sun can cause skin aging and wrinkles. More often, it could also cause skin burn which is not very healthy.
Decrease your stress in life because it only results to sickness and even skin breakouts!
Dose up on Vitamin E daily as it keeps your body healthy while making sure your skin is equally healthy as well.

Vitamin E aids in repairing damaged skin cells. It also helps maintain the skin’s radiance and healthy glow. Aside from that, it also helps in maintaining the functions of blood vessels, brain and nervous system. It strengthens the immune system and promotes good eyesight. Lastly, it helps in preventing cancer, heart disease and stroke.

It’s very simple to achieve pretty skin, especially now that it is easier to find Vitamin E supplements. You just have to make sure that you get at least 400IU of Vitamin E everyday in order to assure body and skin protection from the harmful effects of free radicals that can damage skin cells. I have been trying a Vitamin E supplement called Vita-E and I got nothing but amazing results! If you can get your hands on Vita-E all you need to do now is focus on the amount of rest you get and the food you take everyday.

Managing a Boastful Attitude

Objectively speaking, Snobbish Newbie (SN) has not really proven anything in his career that merits a drastic noticeable change in his attitude. Recently, his friends in his network have noticed that SN seems to be distancing himself and would only talk if the topic were about his newly found fame outside of their station.

Sometime ago, a team of promising talents from a big network was sent overseas for training and the possibility of starting an international career. In case the local team would not be lucky, the members would have gained the experience of competing with talents coming from all over the world. Moreover, agents could spot them and consider giving them breaks. Of course, that would be another feather on the cap of the network.

From the talents sent by the network, SN made the cut and invited to join a new group. Even if considered a weak link, SN was still part of the group and showing his talent. While he was starting out, the network was very patient with him and they had to deal with his transition stage. The network saw his potential and the audience believed that SN was bound to be the next big star. However, that might not happen.

During a meeting with the management of his New Crew, the camp of SN allegedly asked for a higher fee with claims that SN is a big star in the local arena and that he would be losing many opportunities if he stays abroad. NC had no choice, as the need for a male performer was immediate. Besides, SN already has a local and international following comprising mostly of loyal fans of his network. Through word of mouth, the project might get off the ground with the fanbase of SN.

With his seeming shot at international stardom, SN started to become aloof toward his local contemporaries. Some are thinking that success had gotten into his head quite early, and they resent such attitude. In addition, his camp is allegedly claiming that SN is the first ever international star, which of course is not true at all, as his network is home to three international stars.

Philippines, the 1st South East Asia Hot Wheels Champion

Celebrating their victory, Philippines, the 1st South East Asia Hot Wheels Champion in both Senior and junior category brought home their championship title, loud and proud, true to their essence that it’s definitely more fun in the Philippines. Several South East Asian countries also competed such as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam with their respective country representatives composed of a kid and mom tandem for both Senior and Junior categories.

Luis Sevilla with her mom Ms. Cecilla from Junior Category and Jeric Maranan with her mom Ms. Rasalie Maranan from Senior Category were both thrilled to know that all their hard work preparing for this big match all paid off. The winning teams were able to bring home toys and cash prizes. It was truly an experience to remember not just for the winning families but for the entire country representatives. Hot Wheels, the number 1 toy vehicle in the world is certainly ready to hit more milestones as they celebrate their 50th Anniversary next year.
