When celebrities choose a location for their home, certain factors are considered other than the price of the said house. First, the location has to be studied well, especially the proximity of the new home to the workplace of the celebrity. Second, the features of a location have to conform to certain standards. A strict entry policy could prevent zealous fans from stalking their idols. Such measures could monitor who goes in and out, and thus a celebrity could be assured privacy. Third, sometimes the name of a village adds prestige to the reputation of a celebrity. Finally, subdivision life that is serene is a good respite from the hustle and bustle of traffic and city life.

When Charming Hunk (CH) decided to move to his new home, the residents were excited, as their village would be graced by the presence of a celebrity. As CH has a wide following, even the househelp of the village hoped to see even just a glimpse of CH and his Popular Girlfriend (PG). Whenever people pass by the house, they would slow down and view what they could of the house of CH. However, the excitement soon turned into a nightmare.

While he seems to be nice and polite in public, the neighbors soon realized that everything was really just for show for CH. Without cameras and without anyone from his management team to advise him, CH was turning out to be a bad neighbor. Although in the comfort of his home, his behavior could be felt and heard by neighbors. As people have been used to peace and quiet, the arrival of CH turned out to be a problem. His friends would start coming in close to midnight and they would talk and chill until early morning. The noise of their conversations could be heard until the end of the street. The curses and other profanities seem to be embedded in their loud conversations.

Naturally, the cars not only contribute to noise, sometimes, they are just parked along the streets, without regard for the spaces of the neighbors. Considering that the house of CH has ample space for several cars, leaving his cars parked outside is a sign of laziness. Among the cars of CH, an old car even caught attention, as there was a sticker from the highest office of the land on it.

Finally, neighbors think that PG has already moved in with CH, given that she has been seen in the house for many times.
