Just be Supportive

Just because someone does not have matinee idol looks, it does mean women will not gravitate towards him. Usually, when a newcomer enters showbiz, expect criticisms on his or her appearance. Comments that border on looking for a stylist or an outfit sponsor, would always top statements made for the said newcomer. Discovered Talent (DT) was not at all spared from such comments when he made his appearance in a competition. Comment on his looks were almost at par with comments on his talent.

When DT made the connection with the audience and emerged triumphant, the network took the responsibility to make sure DT had a makeover. DT was brought to the salon, and soon, he was looking like a professional and registered better on screen. Because his stint made him popular, there was clamor for DT to have shows in the local and international scenes. Sensing the financial returns, the network moved fast and DT was appearing in one show after another.

As his quality of life improved, DT surprised fans with his revelation that he had children with several good-looking women. However, it also seemed that DT has not really settled down. Nonetheless, his shows continued, while his children grew in number. Luckily, the women knew that having a child with a performer might not assure stability. Time proved them right.

When it comes to the entertainment industry, sustainability equates with versatility. In other words, if one started as an actor, he should develop other skills, such as singing, hosting, and dancing. By having other skills, the audience will always be interested, and he would have more opportunities to grow in the business. In the case of DT, he was only good in performing, for now. Hence, the shows became less, as competition grew because the network is constantly discovering and developing talents.

Then, DT and his Latest Partner (LP), with whom he has a child, could not get along well. Their relationship is best described as off and on. One moment they are fine, but in the next, they would fight. Allegedly, DT is a ladies’ man. Consequently, DT and his children are hardly together, even during occasions like Christmas. He apparently would rather spend time with his friends than his family. Worse, given that he is not as hot as before, the finances are slow to come. As a result, the financial support that he should be giving to his children is being missed. Perhaps, someone should help DT before he suddenly finds himself in the same state prior to his entry in the entertainment industry.
