With every successful endeavor comes a load of stories unleashed in public and private forums. Take the situation of a Network Personality (NP), who despite having spent a number of years in the entertainment industry is still a favorite topic of the rumor mill. Since he started in the entertainment industry, NP has gained the respect of his peers given his numerous awards and accolades coming from various sectors of society. NP even has endorsements, which are somehow oblivious to rumors attached to him.
According to the grapevine, the image of NP is merely a front to his rumored identity, that is, his being closeted. The chic choice of girlfriends, the well-buffed body, the wholesome image of a family person, and well-liked personality, especially from the press, are all part of his image building to quash rumors on his sexuality. The sad part is that this rumor, despite his statements, cannot seem to die in silence. Even his sincere personality is insufficient to stop bashers from unearthing this rumor every so often.
As for his heterosexual relationships, some say he refuses to commit seriously to a couple of them. Even if these women were ready to settle down with NP, he shuns away from anything serious. The aftermath stories of his breakups are always made to connect with the rumor on his preference. Thus, linking his name to female celebrities, who are obviously smitten at him, is merely assumed as a user-friendly relationship that benefits both parties. For NP, such connection dispels rumors, and for the female celebrities, choosing NP indicates they have good taste, at least for the image he projects.
However, the question is if these female celebrities are aware of another rumor that seems to deepen the rumor of the choice of NP. Allegedly, Newbie Hunk (NH), Handsome Performer (HP), Loyal Talent (LT), and NP all share a secret. All of them are talented and have etched their places in their network. Thus, rumors on their sexual preference are nothing new to the station, which has already mastered damage control strategies every time a potential scandal crops up.
Other than sharing rumors on their preference for the same sex, the four personalities meet up every so often to engage in one wild physical party, where no women are allowed. Their private party allows the four to indulge in activities that they could never do in public or in local gay bars.
Another factor that NH, HP, LT, and NP have in common is that they have been paired off with several female personalities of their network and these loveteams even have solid fan groups. Most fandoms even wish for the four males and their reel love interests to get married. However, at present, none of the four has seriously expressed intentions of marrying any female personality. By contrast, their contemporaries have settled down or have serious relationships that are only waiting for the right time for marriage.
