When all seemed quiet and everyone believed the sincerity of the Feisty Talent (FT) and the Wary Performer (WP), some remained cynical that something was amiss.

After FT publicly said that she had made peace with WP, the latter posted a doubting message on a social media account. The comment had something to do with the supposed issue being used as a way to promote a project of FT. Yet, instead of capitalizing on the issue, both camps said the reconciliation was honest, and thus, all parties concerned expressed their glee.

However, FT cannot seem to keep her thoughts to herself. In an informal gathering, FT kiddingly said that WP should be thankful as the rating of WP’s series was pulled up because her drama comes after the series. Hence, viewers watched WP while waiting for the dramaserye of FT to unfold. Though said in jest, aren’t most jokes half-meant?

While FT and WP might have expressed their peaceful wishes to each other, going back to their former friendship level will take a longer road. Perhaps, someone should remind them that taking potshots at each other’s business is not part of true reconciliation.
