Taking the Desperate Strategy

Never underestimate a new talent who is determined to get a share of fame and fans. The determination and being goal-oriented of Gritty Talent (GT) can take her to places even if she’s not really a priority of the management at this moment. Like everyone else, GT must make sure she is noticed and she knows that the key to being relevant is to magnify her opportunities.
Such strategy is nothing new, as many famous talents of her network went through that process to achieve their status. However, GT’s case is different, as the management is not all out in supporting her at this time. The management has a deep pool of talents who are already tested and reliable to deliver positive results. Hence, GT must result to her own strategy.
The strategy involves Unknowing Actor (UA), who was once groomed to be the loveteam partner of GT. As UA is ahead in terms of experience and exposure to GT, his career path seems to be veering away from having a reel partnership with someone near his age. During an event, UA was suddenly asked about how he finds GT and if he finds her attractive. UA went through the same showbiz response of saying nice things. Subsequently, UA was asked several times similar questions. He suddenly became suspicious, as he and GT are not doing any project together. He asked around if their network was involved, but that angle was a dead-end. Then, he hit the nail, as he found out that the questions were allegedly fed by the camp of GT with matching compensation. Apparently, the camp of GT found her present partner boring, unlike UA, who’s the toast of the town now. So, GT might as well take advantage of opportunities. However, UA decided to filter interview questions and none of which will pertain to GT anymore.
