Wow! I can’t believe naman. Both of them are very active sa social media guiding people about health, from pagkain at tamang pamumuhay para iwas sakit, tapos sila naman..Praying for them both. Sana malagpasan nila.
If you expect kasi na magaka meron ka, talagang mangyayari. Doc liza’s mindset na magka breast cancer siya at predicted nya na ay nangyari nga. Sana hindi nya talaga inexpect at sinamahan nya ng prayers at healthy living, maganda g testimony. Now they regulate cancer because of them meron.
May both of you be healed. Been there, done that. When I was diagnosed, I said I accept it because I’m already old and I had seen my kids, grandkids and great grandkids. I was 72 then. It’s been 4 years now, I’m still here. God’s willing.
Nasa genes saka environment na rin natin. Kahit pa nga ba healthy food tayo medj maminimized lang pero diba mga food ngayon tadtad ng fertilizers tapos yung iba GMO na.
1:34 True. Genetics yan. Marami nga ako kilala na kung sino pa ang healthy-living all their lives, yun pa tinatamaan ng malalang sakit and kung sino pa yung maraming bisyo sila pa hindi nagkakasakit.

ReplyDeleteMalaking factor ang genes kahit anong ingat mo ganun talaga. Kaya eat ka lang ng gusto mo habang buhay ka pa.
