The legal system is working in our country, i just cant accept the fact that our judiciary is being bypassed by the icc which is a court of last resort. No Filipino should be turned over to them to be prosecuted by these foreigners who seem to have power only to developing countries. Why cant they get israel’s netanyahu or even former us presidents who’s directives and actions costs so many lives in so many countries which until now remained devastated. These filipinos being prosecuted by the icc should be accounted here in our own country and serve the justice they deserve and the fairness and justice that the filipinos deserve and yearn for. Just fairness for all and no to foreign intervention. I still believe in our legal processes and judicial system.

Convicted individuals do not serve their sentences at the ICC Detention Centre, but are transferred to a national prison in a willing state party outside of the Netherlands. :D :D :D So basically, papa dutz or RDR will serve their prison sentence in penas... a country where no politician gets jailed ;) ;) ;) Asa pa kayo na may justice :) :) :)
