So, nagtiis na lang ako. Just like Mavy, ako yung pinuna of being incompetent. I also defended myself na sabi ko delayed yung mic. Hindi na-realize yun ng events coordinator until ginamit nung vocalist ng band yumg mic ko. Sobrang disaster yung number ng band. Then, pinalitan na nila ng ibang mic nung singer.

Hindi pang hosting yung tono nya, may gigil, hindi mapakali or awkward ang galawan (wala na namang kinalaman sa mic delay). Redundant din ung mga adlib nya, like "of course", nasabi pa nga nya sa sobrang tense cguro nya na "of cor" nung in-introduce nya ung guy na guest). Pwede nman nya sabihin na magiging aral po sa akin ang mga criticisms nyo at paghuhusayan ko pa po sa susunod. Hindi ka rin humble Mavy eh, sinisi mo pa sa iba, lol.

ReplyDeletemag-apologize na lang, huwag nang madaming kuda. just admit that you are not even a good host, kahit gaano ka pa kabait. magkuwento ka pa on live tv na nagbibihis pa ang co-host mo dahil big night? kaloka ka! daming pwedeng ikuwento at sabihin without making an excuse of microphone delay, etc. binigyan ka ng oportunidad na mag-host at mag-improve pero wala pa ring nagbago simula pa nung first season.

ReplyDeleteMay nagrereklamo sa itaas, bakit may mga nagtatanggol daw kay Mavy? Alam kasi ng ibang commenters na hindi lahat ng tao perpekto. May mga taong nagkakamali din sa school, sa bahay, sa trabaho o sa buhay. Hindi din dahil high tech na ang panahon ngayon, wala nang aberya sa mga live events. Robot man o tao, hindi perfect yan. Yin at Yang ang mundo. Good and Evil. Nagiging superior ang tingin nila sa sarili nila kung ipipin-point nila ang mali ng isang tao lalo na kilalang tao. Mas magalaw pa ulo kesa sa bibig niya na kala mo punong puno ng pagkain or laway at hindi maibuka ng mabuti. The only difference sa hosting niya is ngayon rehearsed na ang sasabihin niya.

Not all critics are haters. They can be disappointed, they can also be people who see clearly. Its best to listen to these other voices rather than your echo chamber. That's the only way to correct a problem. If all os good, walang halos reklamo. Pero majority have seen it, thus may problema talaga. Maybe this is not for him and he will be better pursuing something else.

Tsaka for a job, ang pamantayan ay ang requirements for the job - ano ba ang dapat gawin? Kaya niya ba to? Ayun, witnessed ng sambayanan for so many times na hindi niya kaya. Pero ang defenders niya, pilit ng whatever excuse - kasalanan ng mic, mabait siya. Eh wala yan sa metrics ng performance at evidence sa live hosting niya na recorded rin. Panoorin mo yan over and over, kahit isang daang milyon pang sabihin ng defenders na mabait siya, kasalanan ng mic - the performance will remain as it happened - disappointing, terrible, subpar.
ReplyDeleteKaya seguro naeelect ang bad leaders at politicians sa atin - dahil sa dahilan na 'mabait', guapo, maganda. In the end, walang say ito sa kakayahan na gawin ang trabaho. We should, as a society change our tolerance for subpar performance - from our idols to our leaders. We should demand quality performance, and if they can't deliver, find someone else who can.
