There was Anne Bayle who was a runway model but she really didn't have Heart's impact. She's selling different luxury brands by strutting stuff on the streets of Paris and Milan! Who else can do that in Pinas? Whatever jealous and hateful remarks you say against her, she's making money that brands go after her! Instead of Pinas being mostly known for DH, prostis, pagpag, smokey mountain, Tondo and terrorists, we're now also in high-fashion because of this woman. In a world at war and with our country embroiled in it's corruption and leadership problems, suddenly luxury doesn't seem to be right. Even in the US, hollywood and woke isn't as trendy or seen as 'correct ' when patched with reality and common sense. Pinoy showbiz exists in our own bubble, too clueless and detached from global reality. It is true she is fashionable and has great following but it is also true that all that this represents is tone deaf to the present.
That's her job and it is not based in the pinas. Her audience and market are also not pinoys. Enough of that "with all thats happening in the ph" eme. We have actors, models, ofws working in the other side of the globe. She just happens to have that kind of job. Alangan naman pigilan mo ang pangarap nya at magtrabaho na lang sa pinas. Nagttrabaho yan at di humihilata na lang. Just like how she started na kahit ayaw ng pamilya nya. At kahit matanda ka na it's never too late to work hanggat kaya, and pursue your dreams.
