Rest in peace Emman and condolences Kuya Kim. Death is the most painful experience. Those who says otherwise should experience it.
Up to now, a lot of Filipinos, especially the older generation, deny the reality and existence of mental health. Lalo na ang depression. Na kesyo lungkot lang yan and that we should just “get over it”. And wag sanang i-diminish ang mga nararamdaman ng tao, just because we deal with things differently.
Kasi nga this is a third world country Philippines. The price of overpopulation. Anak pa more.
Strong on the outside but breaking on the inside even with family support & therapies you can't win once that suicidal ideation hits you. Buti nakasurvive yung girl sa SM sangandaan vid. Condolence to the Atienza's family
Ang sakit nito and for those blaming the parents bakit hinayaan...they did not expect it! Maybe they wanna believe in their daughter on what their daughter want them to believe...na matapang sya. It may be maling akala but please be kind naman.. Maybe they are blaming themselves already. Ang harsh naman kasi ng iba na parang bang they know or sure what would happen, na dapat hindi sila humiwalay or so.. maybe Emman wanted that freedom. Wala tau sa position talaga. pray for all affected.
No words. kakaiyak. May God give you peace, Atienza family. Watching Eman’s videos nakita ko yong gusto nya i share, ang authentic side nya but social media is a cruel world and viewed it differently. Be kind people.
Yeah. Wala namang sariling bait yung mga bashers dito. Wishy washy. Walang sariling bait. Sinusundan lang nila un hate trail because they don't have a mind of their own.
Kuya Kim is so strong because for someone who just lost a daughter, he is active on social media and pretty much functioning in spite of the immense pain
Teaser pa lang pala yon. Napaiyak na ko ng sobra😭 I remember my mom.. her pain when we lost my brother Kung pwede ko lng ishoulder ung pain and let me have it. No parent na gusto maglibing sa anak it should be the other way around. May the atienza family find comfort from family and friends. Rip emman 🙏
I really don’t want to judge but… the moment I receive that same message from my daughter who has been clinically diagnosed with depression. Even if it would cost me my job or what, I’d come running to her to check. Especially if she’s not responding and she has a history of self-harm. Btw, they did say if she was living alone?
We don't know what measures the family have taken so let's be careful.not to speak out of turn; and to instead wait and allow the family to mourn for a period.
Many who question why Emman lived away from people who may better monitor her miss out that the focus should be on addressing the underlying mental health issues through professional treatment, rather than solely relying on monitoring. Therapy, medication, and other interventions are essential for long-term recovery.
Even the parents, the whole family at this situation. Praying for the family and everyone fighting their silent battles.
I just watched the interview of toni to emman. That was heartbreaking. Clearly no guidance from parents. Im not blaming the parents maybe they're just consumed with their work. Pero my gosh yung pinagdaanan ni eman from the yaya to her classmates. I think its an eye opener for parents not to take their children for granted.
Awwww...no words talaga

DeleteThis has nothing to do with religion and everything with clinical depression - something that's never addressed in this country.
ReplyDeleteLouder!
DeleteSadly some idiots would even blame the parents as if they knew anything in their household and how the children were raised

ReplyDeleteYung dulo ang pinakanakakaiyak.
ReplyDeleteLet's just pray for the repose of the soul of emman and let her family grieve.

DeleteThis!
DeleteMay pagkukulang pa din ang parents no matter how you sugarcoat eh. Kaya mahirpa maging magulang.
DeleteEven young adults have the right to make their own decisions, even if those decisions carry risks.
DeleteForcing someone to live with their family against their will can also be counterproductive and harmful to their mental health.

ReplyDeleteI cried watching this 😭. Aabangan ko ang whole video sa KMJS.
ReplyDelete😭😭😭
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kuya Kim if you can talk about your pain, it means you’re okay & healed that’s what they think about Emman, hindi pala.
ReplyDeleteAs a parent, I can feel Kuya Kim’s pain. As once diagnosed with depression, I knew Emman’s pain.
ReplyDeleteAng sakit. Hugs to you Kuya Kim and family.
ReplyDeleteEmpathy please. And kindness.

ReplyDeleteYan ang isang worst side of being a celebrity. You always need to be strong and resilient kasi maraming humahanga sayo.
DeleteMaybe bec it's where he gets a bit of comfort or distraction.
