Minsan kumain kami sa Chinatown LV, paglabas namin the car next to us was ransacked. Kahit walang maleta, we made sure na walang visible na valuable items.

    6. Leaving your bag or valuables in the car is an invitation or temptation to criminals. I like Kaye Abad. I love her. Pero common sense sana para naiwasan ito. Hassle eh.

Seryoso pala nung sinabi sa amin sa car rental na never leave your belongings inside the car. Sana maibalik ang important docs nila.🙏🏼

  26. You don’t leave your bag with important items even for just a few minutes. Hindi mo masasabi kahit nasaan ka pa. Kahit nasa simbahan ka pa. When traveling it’s good to have a body bag . Meron yung magaan lang na pang passport and money na you can wear inside your jacket.

  29. Experience ko nung last Christmas season. Umakyat kami for a series of slides, nagpahinga after, kumain sa resto.

Nakisuyo ako sa waitress to check at baka may nagsurrender sa lost and found. No! Ang sabi ko. Andun pass port ko, 2 mobile phones wallet, cards, dollars. Halos mahimatay ako sa tulala.

Pagtawag ni waitress, wala daw nagsusurrender. Kaya lalo akong nanlumo. Ano gagawin ko, maiiwan bko sa US. Huhuhu.

My Bayaw is all smile and tells me "i told you". Thank you Lord.

    1. Mayaman kasi sila, madali mapalitan bagay2.

  30. everything happens for a reason - this time around the reason was your kapabayaan.

  32. Di ko gets bakit mo ihihiwalay sa iyo yung very impt documents, esp passport. Ang nipis lang noon. Ako nga, may suot pa na na small hidden pouch para just in case to keep it separate, just in case may kumuha ng bag ko or madukutan.

  33. My friend lost her bag that is left in the car in one of the lowest crime rate country - Norway!!! Never ever leave stuff talaga in the car, especially with passports..

    ReplyDelete
  34. Having lives in the PH, your risk awareness level should be atuned to these things. Even kids backpacks with nothing important inside left in the car can be a magnet for thieves so when kids leave the car always remind them to bring everything.

    ReplyDelete
  35. sorry pero natawa naman ako sa "everything happens for a reason". It should not have happened in the first place kung di mo iniwan ang bag mo sa kotse.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  37. Sounds to me that she’s a newbie in traveling? Such a hassle :(

    ReplyDelete
  38. 2 mos kami sa San Fo last May and one week in Vegas. All of our relatives and friends in the US same bilin dont leave your bag in the car. They will break the window. Even a box of sneakers.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Mas malala ang basag kotse sa america.

  40. 10 years nako dito sa US. Kahit lunch box I never attempt to leave in the car. Kahit sasaglit lang ako store. Some people have no mercy. Ibebreak nila yan basta mukang potential valuable. Kahit pa walang makuha sayo but the hassle to have the car fixed and all. Be vigilant at madami ng masasama ang loob. It doesn’t matter where you are.

    ReplyDelete
  41. What happened to her is not something na everything happens for a reason though hehe. It's 2025 people! Don't be stupid and naive, ang hassle!
