I was there. People were cheering on her.
ReplyDeleteYung talent duh
DeleteNo one cares if you’re proud or not
DeleteYan ang tinatawag na best of both worlds. Minsan pinoy, minsan amerikano. Kung saan mas paborable ang sitwasyon.
DeleteNega masyado
DeleteCrab mentality @10:51.
Dami mo pang eme.
Deletebaka proud na maganda pagkakakanta. try mo din, hope mainvite ka to sing publicly na ganito ka large scale - we'll be proud of you too! Pinoy pride.
For sure ikaw d ka mapili
DeleteNapaka bitter mo…
DeleteRage baiter yarn? Chaka ng trabaho mo sis
DeleteEh di wag kang maging proud. Di ka naman kawalan kay Lea LOL
DeleteRage bait pa more.
DeleteSus, she was asked to sing by the Yankees dahil magaling sya.
DeleteAnother inggit crab mentality passive aggressive nanay that life had pass her by. Ikaw yung walang magawa all day kundi magstalk sa Facebook lol at paiba iba ng profile pic na walang ginawa kundi maiinggit tulog mo yan sist maaga kapa bukas lol
DeleteDi ba dapat mas hindi maging proud ang mga americans with the fact na ibang lahi pa ang kinuha nilang kumanta ng national anthem nila?
DeleteYou’re a bum.
DeleteAng sad mo na tao, get a hobby
DeleteLea has the most beautiful voice!
ReplyDeleteYes, totally agree. So proud of her.
DeleteBakit pumalakpak?
DeletePag bigay pugay at dapat lang. she sang it well.
DeleteHaller teh lagi naman pumapalakpak ang US after ng song nila. Tayo lang yung super serious
Delete11:04 she is a respected singer. Her voice is phenomenal . Na appreciate lang ng mga tao dun
DeleteGanyan talaga dito, shout and clap galore sa bandang huli ng anthem
DeleteKahit sino ang kumakanta talagang pumapalakpak kami dito sa US after ng “The Star-Spangled Banner “ song, kesehodang sino pa yan
DeleteMinsan sa high note nagsisigawan pa then palakpakan mga kano
DeleteAnd they can change the version, make it rock, country, etc unlike in Pinas bawal baguhin ang original music and lyrics. I remember when our chorale was called out to remove the different voices and arrangement! Haaay kasura
DeleteHa? Bago sayo yung pumapalakpak after ng national anthem? Hindi ba ganyan dyan sa Pinas?
Delete12:29 which is a common etiquette, right? Ano naman kung respected singer siya? She didn't go there for a concert performance.
ReplyDeleteLol
DeleteAgree ♥️
DeleteI couldn't agree more.
DeleteLol???
She just threw the first pitch. Lea showed her talent singing that anthem.
Delete11:46 huh?! Anong pinagsasabi mo? May talent ba sya?
Anong biggest achievement nya? Ito is LEA Salonga talaga, an accomplished singer at TONY award winner and many more. Kilala sa boses nina Jasmine at Mulan. At pinakauna naging Kim sa Ms. Saigon. Okay, your turn para ilatag achievements ng L mo whoever that is.
DeleteSino bang L yan? Lea has always been proud Pinoy from the beginning. Kaya nga hindi sya nagpalit ng citizenship kahit may opportunity at mas maraming no visa country sya na madaling mapuntahan with us passport.
DeleteHow can you compare Liza to Lea? My goodness naman
DeleteSayang di masyado clear kasi may echooooooo
DeleteLea's voice is clearer than my future
ReplyDelete😂😂😂
Deletetruth sister!! 😅 sa akin din e hahahaha
DeleteOr the world’s future.
DeleteToo confident as always! Never seen her being humble!
ReplyDeleteShe has the real talent, that’s why she’s confident.
DeleteShe has the voice and has the right to be proud.
DeleteThat's not an excuse 1:25 AM
Deleteanong gusto mo from lea, nanginginig sa nerbiyos habang nakanta? kaloka ka
DeleteSaang part siya too confident?
DeleteLuh di mo pa naexperience ung maging succesful at anything noh
Delete12:52 Ano ba dapat, naka slouch sya at magpakita ng low steem, yan gusto mo? Che
Delete11:50 hahahahahaha tawang tawa ako, baka nga dapat nanginginig at nakayuko
DeleteBest version
ReplyDeleteMedyo na out of tune sa mid part but overall okay nman lea
ReplyDeleteSan. Time it. Parang wala naman, Andrea Bocelli
DeleteWow ang perfect mo. Ung fez at boses mo for sure pang-palaka
DeleteBaka 1:49, not 15 minutes. No national anthem is 15 minutes long. Duh.
Delete15 minutes? Nakaslow mo ba yung video sayo?
DeleteLS is a technical singer. In usic schools, for broadway and musical performances, LS is the gold standard - not just in the Philippines but in the US and the UK - broadway and west end. Those aspiring musical actresses in these countries study her work and techniques. Nasanay kasi tayo sa Pinas sa birit - nothing wrong with that. Pinoys are amazing singers. But LS is an amazing singer with a great legacy and not many on our country understand her great achievements not just for Pinoya in general but in her field.
DeleteOkay…
DeleteShe’s gotten older that’s why her voice isn’t as clear and as youthful anymore. But ask any Broadway fan and they’d tell ya, she is one of the best Broadway has ever seen. Have you seen Les Mis? Galing, and many would argue irreplaceable as Eponine.
DeleteHa? Ok ka lang?
DeleteHuh? What are you talking about?
Delete1:44 Yup ikaw lang.
DeleteInggitera spotted
DeleteClearly you don’t understand music kaya di ka nagagalingan. Maybe you don’t like her but you’re ignorant if you think na di sya magaling kumanta
DeleteWatch the old clips of her Ms Saigon audition then come back here!
DeleteAng linis ng pagka kanta. Walang kulot just the way it should be! Bravo!
ReplyDeleteSobrang perfect diction. Legendary
ReplyDeleteSisiw!
ReplyDeleteNo doubt that Lea is a very talented singer. Though, parang hindi appropriate for a non-citizen to sing another country’s national anthem.
ReplyDeleteShe's dual, I believe.
DeleteNothing wrong singing if she was asked. I remember charice p also sang before during her peak. Lea sang it beautifully imho. Plus Lea is doing broadway right now so appropriate parin naman to sing in NY.
DeleteIs that an echo or the person singing while taking the video?
Madami ang comment sa yankees page, the most perfect way to sing the national anthem daw..
ReplyDeleteWhether it be PH or US,
I don't like her.
ReplyDeleteNoones cares cuz who you ka ba
DeleteMe too. Sana maging humble sya
DeleteI’m sure she doesn’t like you, too. Quits lang
Delete8:57 sana somedy may ma- achieve ka din kahit konti para alam mo ung difference between kayabangan and confidence
DeletePerfect talaga voice ni ate Lea she’s very talented and pretty.
ReplyDeleteShe hates America. The nerve
ReplyDeleteNyeh! American citizen sya at pamilya nya no. And just like most of americans, they hate the government, not the country. The nerve of you putting words on her mouth.
Delete7:55 you are also putting words in majority of americans’ mouths!
DeleteLea is back to being very visible again on broadway and I know she's back to doing concert tours here in the US again. I've seen one of here concerts before and I was actually surprised that a big part of the audience are actually foreigners hindi lang pinoy. Meron talaga siyang international fans.
ReplyDeleteOne of Filipino we could be proud of , pure talent and never question her resume…
ReplyDeleteBakit ang ingay ng crowd?
ReplyDelete
