409, true. Airlines have SOP for lost, damaged, or delayed luggages. I remember when our luggage was delayed, PAL airline namin. We reported them, got the claim, and got the delayed luggage. No need for online posting.

Most of the times pag hindi i call out sa media either hindi nila aksyunan or patagalan. Plus the amount we are talking about is not cheap so valid lang yan. It's also the duties of the airline to handle the things properly.
Lol kung ang price naman ng bike more than half a million talaga naman mapapasoc med ka para ilabas galit mo kasi yun na lang way para mapansin ng airline yung damage na nangyari. And as a normal person di ba minsan kapag galit ka napapa post ka naman talaga so why invalidate him kung ginawa niya rin.

Cathay is good airline--- in all aspect--- food , service, so I am sure they will do the right thing---- cathay is 4 notches above sa local airlines that we have , buti cathay nakasira at least mataas chance mababayaran sya
