I tore mine at 30 y/o and I got back to playing after 6 months. 41 now and ACL reconstructed knee is still going strong (not a professional athelete btw, sports enthusiast lang)
10:27 oo irreversible but kaya nga may ACL reconstruction eh. They take a graft, most commonly from the hamstring tendon and yun nagsisilbing nagrupture na ACL kaya back to normal after surgery and intense PT. Kung hindi mo pa maintindihan yung "reconstruction" ewan ko na lang.

E kaso nasa Japan agad si girlfriend nung nalaman na injured si Kai. And yung no career/money/fame medyo malabo rin 😂 Kai has been earning a lot even prior to playing pro. And can't you see yung dami ng sumusuporta sakanya now? I hope instead of thinking of things like this, ipagdasal mo na lang sya. He's gonna be back in 6months.

Sabi din ni kylie kahit paglakad same with robin. Kaya dati hindi ko to gusto. Now naprove naman nya na deserve nya magbida he is hardworking at talagang nag iimprove naman acting nya. At mukhang mabait.
Season ending lang pero hindi career anding ang ACL tear. 6 months ang return to play after surgery kasi kailangan mag take hold ng graft and have to do PT during those 6 months. He can return to the same form next seson basta tyagaan lang sa PT and conditioning while sa recovery phase.
