They should have stopped there, when the dust settled and people have moved on to the next scandal.

Nagtaka din ako nun bakit may biglang pagdivest so may problema na nga ang Dermacare. So more like Luis ito with the petrol station ba un. He posted abt her charitable activities, complete with pictures. Painting her as a benevolent, humble and altruistic person na malayo dun sa "manyakin mo ako," as seen on the video. They should have stopped there, when the dust settled and people have moved on to the next scandal.

DeleteAnd 2023 pa nag issue ang SEC about Dermacare being scam/ponzi scheme. Lahat kakasuhan from endorsers to ceo. They were asking investors 250k minimum to invest. Neri was posting this on her socials. She's not just an endorser. She's a partner. And endorser man lang sya, kasama pa rin talaga sya kse nanghihikayat sya ng investors.

DeleteIf you search google dermacare neri naig you will see promitional flyers na nakalagay mga promos nila with Neri's face and nakalagay under her name is Franchisee, Business Partber. 2022 pa yung and madami pa. So if hindi totoo she could have asked Dermacars to remove her name and nakalagay na Business Partner.
ReplyDeleteyes nakasulat yan sa ilang articles na nagbukas siya ng branch, ano kaya ang nangyari marami kasi silang celebrities ang nag endorse niyan pero si Neri nakasuhan, may iba pang mas sikat sa kanya.

ReplyDeleteInexplain ni Xian Gaza ang possible na nangyari na they got investments from people sa businesses nila and offer a share of the business. Common biz model sa mga celebrities na 'part owner' of a restaurant. Eh hindi naman licensed sa SEC to sell kaya ayun madami counts of violations.

ReplyDeleteAng sabi ni Chito, yung mga iba may notice silang natanggap. Ibig sabihin, may mga dati nang nagreklamo, pero siguro hindi lang sabay-sabay kaya pagdating sa piskalya naayos na. Pero dahil large scale estafa ito sa dami ng nag-reklamo, basta sinerve na lang ang warrant of arrest. Tingnan natin kung matutulungan ni Kiko Pangilinan na makumbinsi ang judge na i-grant siya ng bail, o kung makikialam nga ito.
