Not only will they make their family look bad but they are slandering people. So I believe Sandro and nino are telling the truth. Stop twisting the truth. Let me put it this way. First you need to ask motive if the kid is lying.i personally cannot find any reason how his lying would benefit his career or himself as this is actually not helping him or his family. So that alone I already believe him. I don’t know hîm but I know rape victims. To actually admit it is hard for them so I highly empathize than blame them. It is not their fault. They didn’t ask for it.. It is embarrassing for them. Put yourself in his shoes. Nakakahiya. Secondly, if he’s lying he can also get in trouble with the law. I don’t think anyone smart or not will put themselves in public scrutiny and embarrassment for what? Secondly you need to see how the accused reacts. If I was accused falsely I’ll be so angry. Too angry and file slander against the person accusing me. Sure innocent proven guilty. But I am sure something happened so bad that his father would act that way. That’s how a person should respond when something wrong done to them including if they were accused wrongly. There is no he said he said. There is only what happened. I will see what happens in court but if you ask my opinion I think something bad happened to Sandro and I hope and pray he gets justice and heal from this traumatic incident. Enough said.
I agree. I think they’d be able to find irrefutable evidence so I hope it won’t be a he said she said. I feel bad for the kid. It’s not easy to speak of something so embarrassing. I hope he gets the justice he deserves.

DeleteThe burden of proof should be on Sandro. He has to provide indisputable evidence. Otherwise this is just going to end up as a he said she said case.
