  3. Pero pag nakita mo sa TV, wala naman nagbago. Ang tamad nya kasi magworkout. Sa Magandang Buhay guesting nila ni Juday, niyayaya na sya magworkout, magswimming, ginawan sya ng Cohen meals pero ang tamad-tamad kumilos.

    1. Hindi nakaka-inspire para sa mga fans nya na magpapayat. At her age, sana ang goal nya ay healthy living, not weight loss. If she was 180lbs and lost 10lbs, maliit lang yun, wala pa 5%. Pano naman kasi, matutulog ng mahaba tapos kakain ng yogurt o dalawang kutsarang pagkain - ano nakakatuwa dun?

Baka mamaya tumaba nanaman siya tapos need na magpost ng pagkahaba habang explanation kung bakit hindi nag work yung diet niya with matching emotional plea for understanding or yabang that she has all the money in the world. Sobrang papansin kasi ng mid 50s na ale na yan eh.

  13. i don't understand bakit d nalang maging masaya para kay shawie. Parang motivation sa sarili nya yang pag popost nya. Sabihin man nating umay ganun talaga kahit ung mga bagong nag g gym ganyan. Sa throwback naman kahit naman indi sya minsan madala mag throw back kasi feel good naman throwback kasi masaya naalala mo. It is not livin in the past pede naman reminiscing lang

    1. I get your point pero iba kasi ang reminiscing sa not moving on. Your idol is non stop declaring to the world how unhappy she is. She is a celebrity. Her issues are announced by her. She should be more responsible in posting because social media is not a diary.

    1. true! water weight goes back easily as soon as you eat normally. at baka madisappoint ka because you would feel bad for gaining the weight back, when in fact water weight lang talaga yung nawala sayo.

  16. Must burn fat she can do treadmill to start then lift light dumbells. Losing fat is temporary if u don't gain muscle to continue burning the fat.
