    1. I experienced one too! 198 yung fare so nagbayad ako ng exact amount. Aba!

    2. Report nyo sila sa Uber or grab. Para hindi sila mamihasa. So far wala pa akong na-experience na ganyang driver ng uber or grab. I always pay the exact amount kapag cash walang dagdag kahit piso. Pero most of the time I charge it to my cc para wala ng usapan.

    4. Naka-experience na rin ako ng barubal na uber driver. gave him 1 star and sent a long comment to uber. sana naman may naging epekto. nakakasira kasi sa ibang uber drivers na okay naman.

    5. 4:56 If I were you, I won't stress over 2 pesos. It's not worth fighting for.

    6. While I would agree with you under normal circumstances, 9:25, sa instance na ganyan para no. I take Uber specifically to avoid the usual problems/concern with taxi drivers. Nag Uber ka pa with surge and all if ganoon din pala? Also, dyan nagsisimula mamihasa or magsimula ang iba't-ibang klase ng corruption --- sa maliit na halaga tapos hinahayaan lang natin.

    1. The Uber driver must observe "extraordinary diligence", carry the passengers safely to their destination with due regard to all circumstances.

      Kalerks the reckless driver.

      Delete
    5. Doesn't matter if you know the situation or not, you always have to be professional.

      Delete

      Delete
    7. Di responsibilidad sabihin ng pasahero sa driver sitwasyon nila, to driver deserves to be exposed

      Delete
    8. 12:23 Baks uber driver ka ba? May sakit man o wala, may unwritten contract kayo na icoconvey mo ang pasahero kung saan man yung destinasyon na napagkasunduan nyo

      Delete
    9. 1223 malamang di ka pa nakapag-Uber or driver ka n uber. May agreement ang Uber and driver. If you got the ride, obligation mo to pick them up and drop them off at the agreed locations. It was an agreement that you should honor apart from being professional at all times. Hindi sapilitan maging Uber driver but if you chose to be one, you have to stick with the agreement.

  9. Probably won't be enough to warrant jail time but that driver sure was rude and insensitive!

    ReplyDelete
Kaya nga sumasakay kasi convenient eh tapos paglalakarin mo. Not to mention nagbiyahe siya ng walang prangkisa. And basahin mo nga ung way ng pagsagot niya, ganyan ba magsagot ang isang "professional" driver?!

    ReplyDelete
Maybe that would have made a difference?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Whether or not may medical condition sila, the woman Anie was hired to drive them to their destination and she should be professional enough to do her job. Hindi na kailangan ng passenger/customer mag share ng private info sa kanya, she should JUST DO HER JOB.

      Delete
    2. 12:47 that's beside the point. Obligasyon nya tapusin trabaho nya. Kung di nya kaya gawin yun, maghanap sha mg ibang trabaho.I don't know what even made you think that a sad story would've made a difference. You are putting blame on the victim. Shame on you.

      Delete
    3. Im thinking the same. Yes, mali naman din talaga yung part 3 regardless if she knows kung my condition or wala.

      Delete
    4. Your comment is irrelevant. Regardless of the passengers' condition, it is the duty of the driver to make sure they get to their destination safe.

      Delete
    5. @1:21 Nireklamo na sa UBER but he didn't felt assured that UBER would do something

      Delete
    6. Well my point, hinde lahat ng driver mapag simpatya, responsible etc, pero kung alam kong mali ang ginagawa sasabihan ko siya, even more so kung agaw buhay na ako, ganun yun! Communicate your expectations people!

  12. I also had a bad experience with Uber recently. Accepted my booking tapos after so many minutes akong pinaghintay, nag-cancel ng walang pasabi! No calls or message. To make matters worse, chinarge pa ako ng cancellation fee ng uber. They even deducted the upfront fare from my card kahit na mali ng driver nila at ako na nga naabala. I used to like them pero nagdeteriorate service nila. Sir John, may option sa Uber app na ireklamo yung driver. Suggest you lodge a complaint against her. And tip to uber users, use cash payment na lang wag na card kasi wala ka na magagawa sa deductions nila. Ibabalik nila sa yo uber credit which is self-serving pa rin.

  13. I had also a bad experience using uber. Im pregnant then yung driver was so reckless, muntik na kmi mbanga kc dirtso lng xa,d xa tumitingin. yung reason nya nasa main road xa. Twice nya ginwa na dumdrtso lng.As a driver maging prudent namn sana, especially my pasahero kayo. Hindi namn to race na kailangan nya mauna. Actually ng sorry namn xa pero yun nga, they should be very xtra careful in carrying passenger. I was really nervous kc ngyari ng twice. As if he is not looking to other intersections. Im just stating my experience sa mga reckless uber driver.

  17. This is sad.

  18. Regardless of one's medical condition, it is the obligation of the driver to bring you to where you are supposed to go. Once you stepped inside an Uber car or any other public utility vehicle, there is an implied contract between the passenger and the driver - the driver must bring them to the agreed destination and the passenger must pay the rightful amount. However, in the case of Lesaca's family, a breach of contract took place when the Uber driver failed to bring them to the agreed destination. The mother and the daughter should not have paid the fare at all because the driver failed to fulfill the agreement especially in the case of Uber where every transaction is traceable.

I have a bad experience with Uber as well. One driver accepted my request, failed to pick me up, and made it look like I was on board his car. When I tried to cancel and book a different car, the Uber app prompted that the ride can no longer be canceled because we are already in transit when in fact I was still sitting at the couch in my home. I escalated the issue via email right away with a detailed explanation of my complaint. After a day or two, an Uber rep replied to me in a negative. Accordingly, they have no reason to believe that the ride did not take place based on the profile of the driver and my history. I was new to Uber that time as I frequently use the competitor. The response made me more furious because instead of relaying back to me what the driver's response was, they made a conclusion right away. They no longer responsed to my email replies so I took my rants publicly on Twitter from which they easily tried to pacify by "looking in to the matters deeply," apologizing, and giving me a Php 70 voucher. From then on, I stopped using Uber and relied heavily on the competitor.

To solve coding mostly the buy a 2nd or 3rd car or mag UBER.

      Delete
  21. So far okay pa naman ang experiences ko with Uber except for one driver na sobrang mabaho talaga. As in hilong hilo ako pagkababa ko ng kotse nya.

  29. Gone are the days when the uber drivers were classy. Now we have to deal with uber drivers that bargain, ask for your location in hopes of turning you down, do not have small bills and coins for change, refuse to use waze, and go about the routes that they want.
