Ay sus! Eh di magluto ka ng masarap na healthy preferably a dish made mostly of veggies, fish or chicken meat without skin.

It's basically the genes my friend. Juday is not stupid to kill herself in the gym just to eat trash later. She cooks for her family and for sure she eats the right amount of portions too. Mahirap mg gym. Tanga ka kung lalamon at lalamon ka lang din pala.
Ate, di lahat ng bagong nanganak ay pareho ng edad, ng lahi at lalo na ng kung pang ilang baby. So you can't prove your theory right. SMH.
Gym requires self descipline, a million times of HARDWORK, patience at anger management. Lol. And then you go home para lumamon? Isep isep teh.
What she's trying to say is if you really have a good self control .. it can be done with just watching your calorie intake everyday . The reason why it takes some people a long time to lose weight is because they have a lot of cheat days thinking it's ok but it really isn't . Its 80% nutrition and 20% exercise . You can even lose weight guaranteed with minimal work out if you go on 1200 calories daily .. for sure kahit walang workout .. you can lose at least 3 kg a month !
Commenter above has a point naman .. just because you go to the gym and work out one hour everyday it doesn't mean you're gonna lose weight effectively . Think of it this way .. kung yung one hour work out mo nag burn ka ng 500 calories .. tapos pag uwi mo naman kain ka ng rice at ulam na 800 calories ( yes a lot of ulam have so much calories especially pag may sauce ) eh Di waley din !
kaya maalis yan juday ako nga pumayat fr 82 to 68kg (5'9 lady) in a span of 2 months.tinangal lang ang kanin at 1hr taebo. ginawa ko yun dahil sumisikip dibdib ko nun 82kg ako.mga momsie remove nyo kanin papayat kayo or kung di niyo kaya half cup rice. wag magkanin na parang construction worker
correct rice talaga. ako nag ririce nalang lunch tapos hindi na ako kumakain masyado ng meat kasi mahirap i-digest, gulay lang lahat ulam ko :)

Di pwedeng diet Lang if you want a fit and toned body lalo na for older women.You have to incorporate a rigid workout to have a shredded body with strong and toned abdominal muscles na di makukuha sa diet Lang.
