Oh wow. I didn't know that. Here in the US it's the complete opposite. It actually lessens the value of the property when it's on a corner lot. Also, if you're on a busy street that means less privacy, more noise and God forbid somebody makes a wrong turn or has an accident, it'll be on your property.
Kung maka compare ka naman. Wala naman sya dito sa US, andun sya sa Pinas. And kung yun ang gusto nya at pera nya ginagastos nya, wala ka ng paki. Patayo mo bahay mo sa kung ano gusto mo, wala din kaming paki!

The house is huge and looks really nice. I also do not like corner lots because more people and cars tend to pass there. I prefer to be inside a non main road street for more privacy. No need to hate on those people like me, 12:53, 1:37 and 4:03. We are not saying Paolo is wrong just stating personal preference.

i have houses un Ca, Florida, Vegas, Texas lahat premium lot but at the end of the day ang tanong masaya ba ako sa lugar na nakuha ko? yes. so yun lang naman .
the facade looks masculine... unless maglalagay sya ng trees and flowering plants, it looks almost like an office building. oh well, bahay nya yan so.. la lang mema lang ako.
Kahit sa america pa. Depende po ang presyo ng bahay o lupa sa lugar . May malaki na lot or house na mura at may maliliit na house or lot na mahal nman ang price. Depende talaga sa lugar. Parang philippines makati vs. bulacan or province.
I bet it'll be nice, but for some reason I'm not a big fan of houses that are on slanted ground and a corner home.
