    1. Kasama ba murder sa Death penalty? Parang puro drug-related lang eh.

    2. Death Penalty is in the Law of God. Six reasons na binigay niya are from the teachings of the Idol Worshipping religion of Satan the Roman Catholic! it is not a deterrent to violent crime but a PUNISHMENT for doing sin! it only punishes the poor AND THE INNOCENT DYING coz we are under the rule of law of Satan! Kaya nga ang symbol ng Justice system e Sword and Scales yung hawak ng two horsemen from Revelation! it is Satan's symbol! it is not a cruel and unusual punishment but a Just! Ang una kasing dapat mga mapatawan ng death penalty e yung mga NAGPAPASAMBA AT SUMASAMBA SA MGA REBULTO AT NAGDADASAL KE MARIA AT IMAHE NG SO CALLED JESUS! 2nd commandment, violating it THE PENALTY IS DEATH! There are demons among us now and their leader is already in the flesh the second time around! And they will be willing to die for their idols coz THEY ALREADY REJECTED THE MOST HIGH GOD WHEN THEY JOINED SATAN!

    6. FACT CHECK: When PH abolished Death Penalty, bumaba ang rate heinous crimes. Also, countries who impose Death Penalty has a higher crime rate than those who don't.

      Linisin muna justice system.

      Delete

    3. Even in countries na may death penalty, marami pa ring henious crimes. Hindi nadedeter ng death penalty ang crimes. Lalo lang babagal ang justice natin dahil hanggat may kahit katiting na hint of innocence, not guilty pa rin dahil wala ng bawian pag pinatay mo na.

  7. May study sa Philippines na 71% ng nasa death row noon were mistakenly convicted, after nireview. Our justice system sucks. Imagine implementing death penalty in a country na ganito kadeeply flawed ang justice system. May tanim drogang nagaganap tapos may ganyang death penalty for drug-related crimes lang?

Gudlak, Pinas

    1. Exactly. I'm against drug the same way i'm against alcohol. Nakakapatay at nangre-rape din ang lasing. Bakit hindi isali yun?

    2. I'm against drugs and alcohol din. I'm against corruption. Therefore, its a no for me

There was a study na ang mga bata na matagal nakulong either one of the parents eh nagiging criminal din. I commend you for your stand. You don't let bitterness of the past overcome you.

  9. Bilang isang tigas catholico ako in favor ako sa Death penalty but sa tamang justice system dapat. Wala lang

  10. I oppose death penalty because of our justice system!!! palpak na naman yan! ang mga walang sala ang malalagay sa alanganin!

    ReplyDelete
  11. I have no religion pero i'm against Death penalty? Why? You're giving criminals an escape. You think they'll suffer when they die? Haha.

Sa Pilipinas. Death penalty is anti-poor.

May mga bansang ayaw ng Death Penalty kasi they're afraid to kill the wrongly accused. Sabi nga nila "it's better to let 10 criminals go than to let 1 innocent die." And they have a strong justice system ha? Eh ang Pilipinas?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Tama Tama! Ang mga taong tong sigaw ng sigaw ng death penalty doesn't even know na hindi included ang rape

Most likely maging criminal din sila.

Kaya yang death penalty sa Pinas ay malaking pagkakamali dahil Philippines is a corrupt country.

One day we will all face our Maker, that's when we will all be accountable for all our wrongdoings.

  16. I agree with the death penalty... granted that the person has committed a heinous crime (not a petty crime)... and that they are proven, without doubt, to be guilty of the said crime.

Some people do not deserve freedom and do not deserve to live. People who rape. People who kill innocent lives. People who willfully destroy other people's lives.

You cannot have DP if you will only kill innocent, poor and underpriviledged people. Ngayon pa nga lang, sinasabi na corrupt mga pulis natin, corrupt ang government, marami sa tin magaling lang sa salita at sa social media pero wala naman pagbabago as individual and government, we cannot move on na patayin ang mga criminals. Death penalty is not the answer. Enact the laws, change the government, bring fairness and justice then tsaka natin pagusapan ang death penalty.

    ReplyDelete
  20. This is absurd. Once a criminal always a criminal. Correction and reformation are just remedies available under the Rules on Criminal Procedure. Theoretically, our RPC is patterned for pro-life. However, the criminal propensity of those involved in heinous crimes cannot be reformed in just a minute. Worst, criminals have the tendency to aggravate their acts because they know that they will not be punished by the most severe punishment of death. Our penal laws lack teeth to grind the most evil human behavior. Bring back the death penalty!
