  3. People nowadays are so shallow. Wag masyadong Politics Warrior. Read the caption, it has nothing to do with Politics...even Martial Law, or the victims of it. Staaahp! Critical thinking Filipinos are what we need right now.. Not the MEMA ones!

    1. Easy for you to say. There are mema peeps but ML is really a sensitive topic. You CAN NEVER separate Imelda from ML.

      Delete
    2. isa ka sa mga warriors n yun 1:34! did iza say anything about martial law? did iza say na she supports the marcoses?! isa ka sa mga mema! para kunwari updated at concerned sa bansa, nakiki uso lang naman.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. 1:34 You make me SMH.

      Delete

      Delete
    6. MATAGAL NAMAN NG MAJORITY OF THE PINOYS HAVE NO CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS.

      Delete
  4. her post was taken out of context. tapos since maraming palasakay sa bandwagon, ayan it was blown out of proportion. mema pa more

    ReplyDelete

  7. somehow I just can't imagine anyone going to a costume party as Hitler. you can play the role of the man as a necessary evil to telling the story of the genocide he started but never to be taken lightly as in a party. I doubt iza would be saying the same thing had anyone close to her experienced martial law. pweeehhh! we are divided because people like her have no true empathy for or sense of brotherhood to her fellow Filipinos. shallow beauty this one is.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Obviously Hitler is not as graceful, elegant and fashionable like Imelda. I guess these are some of the reasons why Iza opted to go as Imelda. I grew up hating martial because of what was taught to me in school
even though my grandparents says otherwise.

      Delete
    2. Martial law apologist spotted 1:47

      Delete
    3. My God. Jusmio.

      Delete
    4. 2:04 Where in my statement describes me as a Martial Law apologist? Kinain na ng sistema logic mo lol

      Delete
    5. 1:05 has a point, and sense of fashion is irrelevant when you're subject is someone like imelda. Ok lang sana kung tongue-in-cheek horror costume.
Anyway, iza would be perfect for imelda's role kung magagawan nga ng movie.

      Delete
    6. 1:05 wag masyadong seryoso sa life! aatakihin ka sa galit mo sa mga taong wala na. i wont say forgive and forget - pero to dwell on it, to bring back hatred - tama na! ang dami nang nanggaya kay imelda at hitler pero tahimik kayo! ngayong "uso" ang issue, uso ang maging "against" ayan kayo kunwari may pinaglalaban! PWE!

      Delete
    7. OA mo 1:05. You and your ilk will say anything to criticize the Marcoses by using the terno, shoes, and anything you choose to associate with them, and then attack those who wear the clothes and shoes. I hope you realize how pathetic your cause has become with the kind of simplistic thinking you and those like you have. #SoLongCriticalThinking

      Delete
    8. We are divided simply because everyone is so freaking sensitive. Making mountains out of molehills. Lighten up will you. It is not the end of the world if Iza wore an Imelda costume.

      Delete
  8. very patriotic kaya fashion sense ni Imelda. Atleast ung way niya ng pananamit very maria clara parin. pinoy na pinoy.

    1. Napansin ko din yan. Even "bakya" is fashionable nuong time niya.

    1. ngayon kasi "uso" ang mga issue, uso ang maging "against" kay duterte or anything na supported ni duterte kaya ayan sila kunwari may pinaglalaban!

      Delete

#NoToTerno #NoToImeldaDress #NeverAgain

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Dapat magrally talaga? Hindi naman lahat tayo dito same ng paniniwala and pinaglalaban. To each his own kaya learn to respect other people's choices.

      Delete
    2. 1:43 you know the word "sarcasm"? hehe! agree ako kay 1:16! lahat kasi ng suportado ni duterte expect mo na may kokontra. basta naka-side si duterte sa issue or sa isang tao, expect mo nang may mga babatikos, may "against".

      Delete
    3. Sarcasm po ang tawag sa post ni 1:16.

      Delete

  12. this woman is so insensitive! of course, she idolizes imelda! what do you

      Delete

    4. 1:34 and 1:45 TOTOO NAMAN KASI

  14. People always click before they think or read or evaluate.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Shocking that they haven't bashed the other celebrities that liked Iza's picture since they might as well be glamorizing Iza's portrayal as Imelda. 🙄

    ReplyDelete
  16. Being an 'interesting character' could go both ways, good or bad, or a little in between. People nowadays are easily triggered, so sensitive, speak like they know all, appear to be very smart yet very close minded.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Why make an Imelda costume at all? Unless the theme of the party is about infamous people, it will never be funny nor cute. Daming explanation itong si Iza (as always!)when it is clear to everyone who she idolizes.

Iza is another dimwit in social media who thinks she can never offend people. Grow up, get educated and be abreast with the political goings-on of YOUR country.

    ReplyDelete

    1. agree! get educated! she sounds dumb!

      Delete
    2. she seems classy. ..imo but boring and pang support lang. ..pity though she has the looks...

      Delete
  18. konting sensitivity lang naman. remember how Prince Harry was criticized for that Nazi party costume he wore?

to martial law victims, Imelda was/is the glamorous face of that bloody and plundering regime. sa sobrang korakot pati yung SSS eh binangkarote nya noon.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  20. Imelda is an interesting character study...she is seen as graceful, fahsionabl eand beautiful...on the other hand she is also cunning, ruthless, corrupt and shoe addict...and she is even seen as Notorious.

so you see mga people... good or bad man yung historical figure, it is still interesting to know if how the person is as a person, not just a character. As an actor it would hard to portray a famous person because much is expected on both the Pro and Anti Marcos... (di naman po issue ang ML dito, she is curious about Imelda as a person, character and a woman)

    ReplyDelete
  21. Kebs, Iza, deadma sa mga bashers. You look so gorgeous as Imeldifique. I'd watch that movie of Madam if you'd get to play her.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  23. physically she bears no resemblance to IMR. Maybe , Bea Alonso or Marian. ..? a former model actress in the 80s looks like Imelda , pati height but can't recall her name now....

And please Iza if you mention IMR expect controversy even if you were -are well intentioned. ..for arts' sake etc....

    ReplyDelete
  24. Haaayy.....she is very shallow kasi.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Walang respecto sa tao ang babaing ito.
