    1. Arrive na arrive na to sa standard ng pageant. Hindi sila extravagant like miss u. If you see the other candidates' costumes, her stood out.

  3. Wow! That's what you call maximum level-up compared to the agram bagram cast-offs worn by Philippine reps before.

    1. Spoken like a pageant pro. I agree with you though, she needs some sort of a head dress to complement the beautiful gown.

Latinas also have the same national costumes na naka bikining mga ibon. Filipinos minsan talaga hindi marunong kumilatis what makes PH unique. Terno FTW!

  16. I'm just happy that we're sending a candidate with a Filipino last name, and not a Western foreign one.

    1. Huh? Nega mo. Hindi mo ba alam ang mga typical na "Filipino" surnames ay Spanish in origin? Versoza is Spanish so kung hinahanap mo eh truly Filipino, good luck. Tandaan, MANILA, Philippines - On November 21, 1849, Spanish Governor General Narciso Claveria issued a decree to adopt standardized records of Filipino names and surnames.
Through the so-called “Claveria Decree,” he issued a list of family names in alphabetical order, which were based on a catalog of Spanish surnames. Last I saw the world map Spain is in Europe so ang mga surname ng mga Filipino is western.

    2. 2:38 I'm simply implying this trend of half-filipinos such as the current Miss Universe, and many other beauty queens right now with Pinay moms and ugly white frog dads, hence the Western last name. Many are now representing the Philippines with a Western-sounding last name, and worse with very minimal trace of that 'Filipina beauty'. Gets mo? Huwag masyadong OA sa history lessons mo dyan, you id**t.

    3. Wow 3:56, ad hominem kaagad dahil fail yung "Filipino last name" post mo? Wag masyadong bitter, mag move on ka na dun sa "ugly white frog" na nag reject sa yo.

  17. So pretty! Go Kylie!
