    2. I looked this up through Google, and found a link for a translation site. Here's what is says (copied and pasted):

      from the Spanish cabecera meaning ‘capital city’

  4. This movie is long overdue. Producerd having some issues in financing the movie and ate guy raising her tf for this movie.

    Btw, kabisera could either mean capital city or the seat/space reserved for the man of the house in the dining table.looks like the movie refers to the latter
