They need to legalize this for medicinal purposes. Maybe then you won't have all these drug users getting into trouble. But then I'm not shocked that Pinas is so behind in these things. All they need to do is do some research and see that it helps so many people. From little kids all the way to older people. Here in my town, we have some marijuana dispensers and it's all done legally and carefully. No problem here when it comes to marijuana.

Any person with power, wealth and connection can have an easy way out every time. All talk, no walk. Hence, the no change in the system.
i.e Bilibid and all other prisons in the country. No strict regulations. Dapat mga prisoners follow order and discipline just like in the US, UK, European countries.
May schedule on activities for the day like cleaning, farming within the premises, sewing etc. Here sa Pinas, may private club, sauna, shabu, prostitutes pa. Tsk!
His post is a little misleading. There are only a few number of states na legal ang marijuana like Colorado, Oregon, Alaska and Washington. Mali yung US govt finally recognizes na headline kasi possession of marijuana is still a federal crime.

Legalization does not mean accessibility and affordability. Legal ang weed dito sa Netherlands, anytime anywhere pwede (bawal lang magtanim ng sobra sa 5). Ang difference, disiplinado ang mga tao dito.
Yan ang problema. Hindi yan pwede dito dahil maraming abusado. Mas maraming mahihirap dito na maraming problema sa buhay at kakayaning bumili ng Marijuana para maghithit kesa shabu.
